I stupidly gave the wrong email address which happens a lot as I forget things but this was a gift for my friend I realised emailed them Sunday evening Monday morning came really pleased they sent it to me no problem brilliant customer service thank you so much

I bought a voucher for my son but unfortunately he lost his phone containing the e-voucher. Many months later when we remembered the voucher had been lost I emailed Great British Pubs and asked could they resend the voucher to me. I’m happy to say that I received the voucher within an hour of sending my request. Thank you to Sophie and this company for wonderful customer service.

Had gifted to my sister but she ran into a problem with her email and couldn’t access the gift card. A quick email enquiry raised by myself and everything was sorted very quickly by Sophie. Thank you.

We are regularly gifted vouchers from our Australian family. We had an issue with 1 due to our own personal circumstances and Sophie was very quick to help us. 5 star service for after sales and understanding. Will definately keep on using and gifting knowing that after sales service is spot on if required.

I purchased my wife a voucher to be delivered on Christmas Day 2024. She has no recollection of having received it and we've checked her email. Maybe it went into spam which, of course, is quickly deleted.
I contacted the customer service. Immediate acknowledgement followed a couple of days later by acceptance and correction.

I bought a reloadable card through work thinking it would run forever, however I wasn’t aware it would time out (however it did say on the back after reading)

I contacted customer service to see if they could help with my remaining balance & Sophie very nicely extended the card for another 6 months for me without any trouble.
