same story as others i did get my items eventually but they lied and took money early and charged a fortune for postage! they keep cold calling me even though ive asked them to remove my details, so time to report them for a GDPR breach, everyone else do the same!

If only I had checked on trust pilot first I would not have entertained this pathetic excuse for a company !!!
Everything everyone has mention below has happened to me, they helped them selves to my money, then denied me access to the owners, whom apparently they had never heard off and yet it was the same gentlemen who I had previously spoken to the week before and he , suggested I talk to them, they are liars and should be shut down!!!!

Embarrassed to admit we were also conned. Rep came in to our business, seemed genuine so ordered printed T shirts & key fobs. Paid a deposit by credit card. Was contacted to say they had over produced key fobs which they offered at a reduced rate, this is apparently a common occurrence & is a con to get you to buy more than you want. Discovered later that they had stored our card details & taken money without our consent. Order took ages to arrive by which time we had read the reviews - too late for us. Be warned.

Beware of this company scammers take your deposit no phone calls after that delayed with three months when the products arrive at your address wrong one bad quality when you get them online lice promises no refund. Don’t waste your money. This company must be removed from everywhere. some Mike, who is the owner scammer.

A sales rep came to my nursery to sell me staff uniforms. He talked a good talk and seemed pretty genuine. I paid a deposit and then they took a further 2 payments as agreed a week later. Although the last payment was a lot higher than I was quoted for! I waited for my sample garments which didn't turn up. I phoned numerous times to find out where the samples were which were eventually posted out a month and a half later. The sample was horrendous and not even the same brand that I had ordered, let alone the right colour. Given the time scale, lack of communication and poor service, I decided to cancel my order and ask for a full refund so that I could purchase staff uniforms elsewhere. Six months on and still no refund and am now going to the small claims court after seeking advice from Trading Standards. This company is nothing but thieving scammers!! PLEASE PLEASE don't use!

Please avoid this company, they are absolutely scammers. They not going to make for you anything. I am in middle of taking legal action against them

No 1 scammers, order already late, refund already 2 weeks late. Order also 10 days late. Several promises for call back but nothing.

Please do not deal with this company. They asked for payment for an order over the phone. They then added charges to the payment and took the increased amount out of my bank.
When I have called them they have produced an invoice but no one will speak to me. The first person I spoke to was the director of the company who promised a call back. No call.
I have been called rude because after being promises for the 8th time that someone would call me back, I had the audacity to say that I did not believe them but thank you.

Wow I honestly don't know where to start with this company as a small business myself it hurts to feel as though I've been ripped off by another small business. Please if you are thinking of doing business with this place do your research and read the reviews from others because it will
Save you a-lot of headache. The products you receive from them (this will take a very long time and you will have to chase them) are very poor and unusable The Air fresheners that we received are cardboard like material that lost there scent within hours of opening. They where all damaged and we where unable to give any out to our customers to save our embarrassment we have kept them in the box they came in. We also received business cards that are very cheaply made and nothing of the quality that was sold to us when mike came to visit. Now on the staff i was consistently lied to on a daily basis they slate each other on the phone and tell you the customer that the place is a joke! Not very helpful when you’ve given them your money and at the time hadn’t received anything. Majority of emails when having to chase them go unanswered. When calling for updates they will say the design team aren't answering the phone and they will call you back they never do unfortunately we don't live long enough to be waiting for that call. All in all please to small business do your research and stay away from this place it is an utter scam clearly to brothers that have no morals.

John, mike and the team have been accidentally over printing, scamming people and illegally stealing money for years.

I went for a job interview for a graphic designer there and after what I've seen in the office, I'm so thankful they didn't offer me the job. After reading all the negative reviews here and on google, I wish I never applied for this position otherwise my reputation would be destroyed after working for this company.

Ordered 3M feature flags but the once that got delivered was not even 2.5m tall, on other hand robbed money of my bank account. Called, emailed and wrote letters in multiple occasions but no answer, had to go through small claims and they got issued CCJ, that is how I got my money back.

We used Great British Printers and at first they were very good. Then they robbed our card. After numerous calls and emails we were left with no option but to take them to court. We did and won (obviously) and received a CCJ against them. We weren't willing to wait so engaged DCBL to get the money owed from the company (can't recommend DCBL highly enough). The Bailiffs called and got us our money back. Definitely take them to court if you want your cash back. It can be long winded but nothing to fear. Keep all your emails and correspondence with them and you'll be sorted.

After many weeks of waiting for 2nd part of my order was told they couldn't do it! Beware as they always ask for the whole money upfront and then they don't send the rest of the order. Have phoned over 30 times, promised a refund, got a lot of rubbish about an accounts department which never rang me.

This company needs to be stopped as they are taking money from companies that just can't afford it. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS. You should be ashamed what you are doing!!!!!

I have given 1 star only because there is no option for 0 stars.
They were great at the selling part however; the communications are absolutely shocking. They don't answer call and never reply to emails.
We waited 6 weeks for air fresheners that we were told will be 2 weeks max and when they finally arrived, they were the wrong fragrance.
No one seems to have any care for the customers they are just all about taking the money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible service from a zero star company. Lie and Lie on the phone and then produced the wrong products twice now with no concern of their action.Cant wait for the rep to call in again for an order

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They do not deliver what they say but will take your money. Their service is sub-standard and they don't care! Complaining will not get you anywhere even if you talk to the owner of the business.

Again like others on this site I was dupped into thinking they were a good professional company I've been trying for over 2 years to get my money back. My story like others i met Mike Binns March 2020 b4 lockdown, we agreed the order, total cost of £540 paid deposit £180 then 6 x £60 payments. I requested proofs in the post so I could read them easier, I was told we will send you as many required to get the job done. Delays obviously due to covid not required as quick with been closed. When I started to chase menus, all in all I sent more than 30 emails and around 10 calls, to their 8 emails from different people, starting to think I speak with the same person but they give different names. When menus arrived the main menu, display board and A4 menus were great very happy with them. I had to chase business cards and pudding menus. Table talkers were useless didn't stick properly ashame as these were just what I wanted, I rang they said its because the weather is too hot ?? And to stick them myself. Never received the pudding menus, kept some table talkers back for the winter still didn't stick. I noticed they took 9 payments of £60 not 6 one call made told me that's for the amendments which I was told at the original meeting as many proofs as you want to get the job done? No invoice to back this, just rubbish. They said they would do second run of menus which I declined as I am not going through this again, and requested £180 plus £270 for work not done, and just get past around and no money received. Personally things are not changing as more and more shocking stories, we need to get together and stop this Company taking more and more people's money. Social media is the way forward
