While we understand it’s frustrating when a delivery arrives a day later than your desired need date, we are incredibly saddened to hear that the entire order went straight into the bin.
The fresh cheese included in your order was within date by at least two weeks, and as a live product, the dough is perfectly safe to be used or frozen for a later date. Throwing away perfectly good, premium food is a massive shame and something we really don't stand for.
We appreciate that the timing missed your specific plans, but the product itself was absolutely fine and could have made for a brilliant pizza night at a later date.
