A couple of things were missing but customer service fixed that quickly and without quibble.

Christian & his team provided a white glove service for our V1xl kamado. The people who built the kamado were helpful and very friendly making the whole experience enjoyable & stress free. Highly recommend Christian & his team for providing a very well thought out kamado & hopefully many years of enjoyable bbq’s

I had been looking for a heat deflector since breaking mine some time ago and always struggled to find one suitable. I used the chat feature and was promptly advised all Grdn products compatible with my kamado (an inferior model to the Grdn kamado). I ordered the 3 tier cooking system which is excellent.

upgraded from a budget kamado to the V2 and couldn't be happier, the team at Grden were very helpful with lots of choice for attachments, the rottiserie is KING !!

Delivery schedule could of been better

Had a rotisserie now for over a year and cannot fault it. Service from Grden was excellent and product was delivered on time.

After careful consideration and a recommendation from a good friend, I went for the Grden V2 which has been a fantastic choice. The owner delivered the Kamado and set it up as part of the white glove service and Inhave not looked back. I use the V2 about 3 times a week and find it ao easy to control temperatures and the food is amazing. Great bit of kit and great service.
