I wrote the wrong delivery address for my boyfriend’s Christmas present and promptly called customer service after realizing what I had done. Luckily, my gift hadn’t been sent yet and was changed to my actual address. My package arrived the very next day.
Fantastic customer service. Stefan was extremely kind, proactive and extremely helpful. I will use this service again!
