I ordered two parasols. Received confirmation of delivery but nothing received. Website now taken down. Guess I have been scammed.
Like the others on here ordered the Parasol and kept an eye on the tracking system.....took a while but it then announced on the 29/07/25 that my package 'had been delivered' got onto them s it hadn't and received a progress ticket number looking nto my complaint...nothing forthcoming from that so bombarded them and they then cut off access to their site. tes, total scammers and am now getting onto my credit card company. Don't buy from these thieves.
If I could give them no stars I would have. Like another contributor here, bought a parasol at £59.00, all that they delivered was a small cactus Jack thing you put in the hole of a Crocs shoe.
I have emailed them several times, an initial we will get back to you in 24 hours, but that was on August 5th 2025, today is the 20th, no response whatsoever. Absolute scammers.
Unfortunately cant do less than one star, they are fraudsters, thief's, scammers. do not buy anything from them. I ordered a parasol from them and got an empty envelope ! Quite clever scam really.
Kravitoren appears to be a scam site, Ive been done out of £50 for a pool cleaner. Do NOT order from this company.
This company sells on Tik Tok under different names including Kravitoren and other company names, if it's a parasol for £59.90 it's a scam do not buy it.
Received a shoe charm instead of a parasol. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER.
Lying, thieving, scamming w*nkers!!! Thought I was receiving a parasol, a frickin' shoe charm turned up! Kept Ring video of postie putting 'the parasol' through my letterbox at the point where the tracker stated 'delivered'. Kept packaging too. YunExpress are involved in this somehow? Getting bank involved now.
Never recieved said been delivered got intouch 3 times only answered something about a ticket and would be intouch within 48 hours nothing ordered a parasol at £59.90 do not buy off them
Absolutely a scam saying i have received my goods but haven't replies to first email but then dont get back to you do not buy from this company.
The company sells on Facebook under different trading names, Kravitoren is 1. Apparently my goods arrived yesterday. When raising a complaint, I can't access my account. Absolute scammers. Do not buy from this company
It is a fictional company that also uses Kravitorn to offer products for sale
They look very professional but no product ever arrives and whilst they acknowledge information requests, no action is ever taken
