GRAVIEX blocked the withdrawal of a…

GRAVIEX blocked the withdrawal of a specific coin and said the developers informed them to do so.
I contacted the dev team of that coin, and they told me they keep talking to them for months now, and they won't put the wallet online again.
Now I have 5 figures stuck on this poop platform

It is a very irresponsible exchange

It is a very irresponsible exchange, I wanted to delete my 2FA code, you give a customer service telegram channel link and join there, they ask for a selfie with their credentials and share this information with other investors.

They used clever wording in the…

They used clever wording in the snapshot of BTCP and allowed coins past snapshot

Because of that they said i can withdraw my coins to a chain that is not online (while they keep my coins for when the real BTCP chain goes online this BTCP being sent after snapshot that they wanted me to withdraw is obviously not BTCP anymore [and were they the ones who brought the chain back online post snapshot against BTCP devs wishes so that customers could withdraw the fake BTCP?])

Im out 7,000 dollars Canadian worth of Bitcoin i bought that BTCP for and all i wanted was my BTCP coins, but now they get to hold several million dollars worth of BTCP when the chain goes online and they don’t have to give their customers ANY of it, (while they pocket it and dump on other exchanges of course)

Graviex hold my BTCV coin

Graviex hold my coin to the value of $350 at present the exchange will suspend coin activity after a 51% attack (event happened months ago the coin in question still trades elsewhere) which effectively makes your account inactive so I now have coins to the value of $350 that I cannot trade and cannot sell so goodbye money. The customer service feel that they are not responsible even though the exchange bought the coin for me and now refuse to let me sell them or move the coins elsewhere because by freezing the coins they then have no loss.
If this is the kind of service that you require then you are probably into self- harming as-well, good luck with that.
p.s. The people who gave it five stars are probably something to do with the exchange? I say this because you don't usually get ratings of one star or five stars and nothing in between for no reason. The norm is a range of one to five containing a spread not either dogs doodah or outstanding.
Think!! people, do yourselves a favour steer clear there are plenty of reputable exchanges out there, good luck on the lottery, the bigger exchanges are usually better.

Only hours later after writing this my Graviex account is locked so they are now refusing me access to my account that refuses me access to my funds, they say contact support although I was actually trying to talk to support after login and now waiting for email response although I do get a email for transactions and login confirmation but they cannot email you first just block your account and say lets talk, great customer support hey. Now that is from Russia with umm no not love.....

Graviex will not respond to any emails I send the first emails I sent they had tagged somehow and they got bounced back as unable to send, after a few changes to the way I send my emails they finally got through but no response after ten days, usually while writing to customer support they do reply in less than that time. (Go figure?????)
If these scammers ever get back to me or somehow grow a spine then I shall inform you.
Don't hold your breath.

Recently prior to 07/05/21 I sent an email to Graviex service to unlock my account and as yet have not got a reply. Doubt if they will ever unlock it, let alone allow me to move my coin to another exchange so I can sell them. In my country that's called stealing and it looks like under the present bull-run the $ cost will continue increasing.
Make your own mind up.

This is not a trustful exchange

This is not a trustful exchange. I deposited my CVAs but didn't receive them. They take my CVAs. I sent my Txid and they just said "I'm sorry, the cost of register this CVA is much more of the deposit". I lost around USD 40 in that exchange. I will not put my money in there anymore, never!!!

Graviex is very safe . Been using for 2 years never an issue with my account. Don't listen to these trolls.

Love this exchange. Customer support is very fast. Lost account info and thought Graviex would take my funds, but instead they asked me some really detailed questions about my account and gave me access when I was able to validate them. I have an expensive account too, "not" just a few bucks. They have been really helpful with any questions I have, plus they have Google Authenticator so I always feel safe with my coins being on the exchange. Also to mention I have made tons of transfers on and off the exchange with never one issue, but if there was an issue they would be willing to help figure out what is wrong on there side.

One down side, not Graviex fault but there is a low volume. Hoping with enough advertising and actual reviews we can make Graviex a big deal.

Anyone wants to know more info just ask them. Not sure there email but you can find some info at the bottom of there page I just log in to message them. Plus huge bonus "NO" KYC to deal with!

One thing to mention that I see a lot of ignorant people complaining about is delisted coins. If a new coin or any coin does not follow there policy then the coin will be set on a timer and when that timer ends the coin will be delisted. Lots of times new coins get delisted and the coin gets washed out of the exchange, but Graviex gives a good heads up and Graviex will email you about it too, as well as show lots of pop up messages to move your coins off the exchange when you first sign in. Also another issue is people need to understand conformation times. Some coins have 100+ conformations before you see the funds in your wallet that can take a while depending on the coins network and conformation rates, time, and speed. Some coins are quite fast and you will see your funds in your wallet in a few minutes. Also there are sometimes issues with the coins network NODES and bad transactions even bad addresses depending on the coins your using that would be an issue to bring up to the coins Dev's. Always make sure to send a few coins to test before you send large amounts of your coins to your wallet. Networks can have leachers waiting to duplicate transactions to steal coins. Its a problem but easy to detect if you have a low volume of coins your moving to your wallet. Once it leaves Graviex wallet that is up to you to make sure everything is correct. This applies to all exchanges not just Graviex.

Note:
(OP) M. D - 10000 TELOS = $101.48 USD on Aug 11 2020. I know for a fact Graviex did not scam you for a measly $100. Telos in August was having major issues as well as the coin forking from a unstable coin to began with. Also to mention the address you listed can not be found on the network.

(OP) Mr Prince - Graviex policy states the coin dev has to get there affairs in order if there is a conflicting issue with the policy. When this happens coin will be delisted or put on hold till the dev complies with the policy then the wallet will be restored. This issue is 100% a Coin DEV issue not Graviex.

(OP) Cecilia R - Every review you have is a 1 star. Your issues are not detailed and strongly believe you are just trolling all these sites because all your reviews look the same. Coins just don't get stolen off the exchange unless you have no security measures in place. Dont see any remark about you reporting this to Graviex and Graviex denying your claims. Your just a troll for LegitInvest.is that sounds like a scam site in itself.

Graviex has worked very hard over the years to provide amazing customer service and they have designed a really professional site that rivals in engineering to a lot of the major exchanges websites. Its really simple to use. Graviex was the first exchange I used 2 years ago when I was mining ZCash and started trading HushCoin before they delisted from Graviex.

The moment I have an issue that is Graviex fault and they are negligent, my review will change that day. Until that day if ever Graviex will remain 5 stars.

Stay Safe!

Very Bad

Very Bad. They took my coins.
I bought some telos coins on their exchange. On 11th August 2020, I made a withdrawal of close to 10,000 telos coins to address GLHqPV48Q1yLEeMAJNWFTJvra4eM4msxPY. After many hours, the coins did not arrive to my wallet, and there was no sign of them on the telos block chain. That definitely means they did not leave the exchange.
I opened a ticket to Graviex customer service and received the following answer"
According to your account history , this withdrawal was successfully completed and your amount left Graviex. The official TELOS block-explorer apparently stuck. If not received so far, we advise to get in touch with developers of your coin. Graviex support team.
IMAGINE THAT. THE COINS NEVER LEFT THEI EXCHANGE, AND ARE NOT ON THE BLOCKCHAIN , AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TO GET IN TOUCH EITH THE "DEVELOPERS"
