Very poor customer service. Didn't receive item and still trying to get refund. No response from them.

The company did not ship by the expected date, but wouldn’t let me cancel the order. On top of that, I was charged 2 weeks after the product was delivered (a month late) $55 for duties by fedex. On checkout it did not clearly disclose that the customer was responsible for the duties- it seems this has now been added on checkout (in small letters under FREE shipping in large letters). Product was so-so- definitely not as thick as advertised and very faded ( I purchased a cloud mat) Would not recommend this company!

Spent a few hundred dollars and ordered a rug in August and 3 months later am still waiting for it to be delivered. Customer service is slow to respond and when they do they say it’s on the way and yet nothing. Don’t waste your time and money dealing with this company.

My order is $800 worth. 1 month and 1 week have passed since my order all my emails are being ignored. Customer support promises to dispatch my order but then never answer any of my emails again. This is SCAM - reporting them.

Gravid did not disclose the $180 Fedex fee that was mailed weeks after delivery of the mattress topper. That fee should have beef disclosed for transparency. Had I known it was that much I would not have purchased their product and bought the Purple mattress. U.S. buyers have been warned!

These blankets are expensive but we treated ourselves, loved it at first but then the zip broke, contacted customer service who said there was nothing they could do. Honestly would have been ok to have been offered a discount for a replacement or even pay for a new zip and have it put on by a local seamstress. Had to purchase a new cover. Terrible customer service.

If you're looking for a blanket whose cover may last 1 week and the blanket itself potentially only lasting 2 weeks, this is for you! If you're looking for unresponsive and gaslighting customer service, Gravid is for you. And once you finally get hold of them, make sure to keep proof of what they've promised you, as they probably won't keep their word.

This is not a trustworthy company. I wish I saw the complaints before making a purchase. Bought a cloudmat. They falsely advertised that it would ship within 1-2 weeks, and that they have a higher trust pilot rating on their website. When I contacted the customer service, I was given the run around for the shipping date (it’s been over a month and now I was told it was out of stock after previously being told my order was being prioritized) Now they refuse to cancel and refund my order. Also, upon further inspection, all the reviews of their product seem to be skimmed off Amazon. Buyer beware.

I ordered Feb 10th was told ship in a few weeks. 4 weeks after I reached out and was told it would ship on March 24th. That date has passed and I have not heard anything from them. Their live chat is no longer available and I’m now waiting for e mail reply.

Ordered three months ago, have been told it will be shipped within 2 weeks the entire time. Hassle free return requires them to actually deliver the product. Which they won't. Avoid this scam.

I’ve been waiting 2 months since ordering and have reached out many times. I keep getting the run around about shipment. Was told twice already that they should be shipped soon, and now I’m told the end of the month.

Bought a blanket on 17 Feb expecting a 25 Feb delivery. Never showed up, no communication from Gravid so on 26 Feb I wrote requesting cancellation of the order (which the website says is possible). Still no word so on 4 Mar I wrote again, and again on 15 Mar. Then I was told cancellation was not possible, given $50 store credit and told the blanket will be here by the end of March.

I responded that we are leaving before the end of March for an extended trip overseas (surgery overseas) and again want to cancel the order. Again the response that cancellation is not possible.

The website touts “hassle-free” returns and money back guarantees, but good luck getting reasonable customer service.

It took me awhile to write this review, because I have so many wonderful things to say about the products and the customer service. The quality of Gravid's products are unmatched in the industry and the way the covers attach to the weighted blankets is brilliant! I also purchased a padded carpet/mat to place beside my 84 year old sister's bed, in her care home. She has dementia and kept sliding off the edge of her bed. This lovely carpet-like mat is going to save her from a broken hip or other injuries !
Customer service was beyond what other companies offer these days. They have been tremendously helpful with my choices, are patient, and generous.
Delivery was Free and Fast !

I have never received my blanket and customer service seems almost non existent. I ordered on January 1 and they quickly accepted my payment.

I bought a weighted blanket - the heaviest weight. While it is hot, I love it! I feel safe and 'cuddled' when I snuggle under it. I also bought a cloud mat for exercise and play. I love that also! Its large, thick and lets this old frame of mine get down onto the floor without pain upon landing. Lol. Very happy with both purchases.

Their customer service is slow and unreliable. I sent an email asking why they had removed promo item from my order. They eventually replied but gave a response that made absolutely no sense. They never responded to a follow up email.

Non-existent customer service. They will not respond at all. If you want to return an item you will be OUT of luck. Not an honourable company. STAY AWAY. BEWARE

The blanket is very comfortable and the cooling sheets are nice and help with the hot flashes. As for the sleeping not finding much difference and to return costs over $70 (estimate) could be more.

If you are going to try them order from Shoppers drug mart you can then return in store...

Also read online and found the blanket should be smaller than your bed so it doesn't hang over to far as this causes the blanket to feel heavier. I ordered a queen for my king bed, or if just for you and not your partner get a twin size

There are many other weighted blankets out there. Try another option. Ordered my products nearly 3 wks ago and they are lost due to Puralotor backup - company takes no responsibility and makes no effort to support, help, trace, assure customer despite >$1000 spent and will not have critical Christmas gifts in time. Customer service is non-existent. No phone service available and email is poorly responsive. Chat option not intuitive (as is scrolling infinitely to Contact Us) and the lead csr has clearly no customer service experience or etiquette (templated response had someone else’s name in addition to mine). It’s hard to find a company who has cared less about its customer base but this is it. So disappointed as I wanted to support a Canadian company.
