Scam, never received item and tried contacting them several times.

Item was advertised as baseball gloves, football gloves were shipped to me. I reached out in email and got a response almost 2 weeks later, its now been 2 weeks since that email and no resolution.

Ordered football gloves on 12/12/23 and order was confirmed and paid for. I wanted to cancel order and get a refund. I emailed them before it shipped and their response was they would look into it. I emailed them two more times after that and got no response. Received email that item shipped on 1/5/24. No tracking or what carrier they used was provided. Well, it is now 1/19/24 and haven’t received item.

Terrible experience!! My order was placed in November but did not ship in time for Christmas. I have sent multiple emails to process a return with no response. I tried to chat on the website with no response. I will never order from this company again.

No communication about my order. Ordered it 2 and a half weeks before Christmas and it shipped on Christmas Eve. Couldn’t get any answer as to the status of my order.

I sent an email the day I ordered them on Nov.16th to change the size and it took 5 weeks for me to get the gloves and they are too big.

If I could give a zero I would! I recieved a confirmation email about me order, then NOTHING. I reached out several times trying to find out when my order would be delivered but never got a response. I order batting gloves but didn't recieve them in time to wear them during my season. It took a lot longer than expected for them to be delivered. It took almost 2 months. I will never order again! Terrible customer service!

I have not received the product that I purchased 1 month ago, my credit card was charged and I have reached out to the customer service department numerous times with no response.

I haven’t received the item, and to be honest, I forgot I ordered it. Furthermore, the tracking says it’s still in China. Was ordered on December 24th, over 3 weeks ago. I have to assume the seller isn’t in possession of the item and cannot find it either. I should probably cancel the order now that I’ve been reminded of it.

First I did not realize the Company was in another country , but I received in a timely manner and the quality was excellent.

The gloves were delivered 7 days past the date informed. No notification of late delivery. I really had no idea when the delivery would show.

Coming on to 2 months and I still have not received package .

My package was to be delivered Dec 21 for my grandson’s Christmas present !!!!! Dec 28 I still do not have my gloves!!!!!
I have made 3 calls - and told there was nothing that could be done. !!!

The gloves we got look ok, but I had a few questions and the company never answered me.

I would rate a 0 if I could. How dare you send me a bogus email, once I emailed you asking where is my confirmation of shipping with no return....then emailed again to tell you I am reporting you to my bank....with so no response. To then report you to my bank for being charged for something I never received. Then the next day it's awful funny I get an email with a bogus tracking number that never pulls up nothing. To still not have my item to this day
Ordered paid for. On .9/26/22. And still no refund....I have disputed this with my bank and already purchased football gloves from a store that sent it on time and in a professional way...I want my refund and immediately. I never received nor got an email even back from this company....and then you have the nerve to send me this for a review...give me back the money I paid for these that I paid for and never received.

Y’all suck to be quiet honest, the first order i received was wrong size. Then i emailed and placed another order. Then after emailing again, trying to expedite. I received the new gloves 6-6 weeks later and football season is over. Very disappointed, my son was so excited to get order your gloves.

My son ordered the joker gloves form this site but ordered the wrong size. Thankfully customer service caught it while we were resolving a separate issue. I really appreciate the care they took to get our ordered shipped. My son loves his gloves and shows them off at school everyday. Will definitely buy again.

Once my order was placed, everything went downhill from there. I received an email stating my order had been shipped; however, I did not receive a tracking number. After several attempts to obtain this information, I finally received the tracking information. On 8/15, exactly 15 day after I placed my order, my order was received. Only to find out the gloves I received were for adults; although, I ordered the gloves in XS for youth. On 8/16, I sent an email requesting a full refund and was advised I needed to return the items to the warehouse that fulfilled my order. I did not receive a shipping invoice with the order. The gloves were thrown into a USPS Priority mail envelope without any invoices, shipping invoices, etc. Since my response to that email, requesting a full refund for the 3rd time, I've not received any further communication or responses. I paid using my Paypal account and I've since filed a claim with Paypal to recover my funds as the seller has failed to cooperate. I do not plan to shop with this seller in the future.
