Really creamy texture and delicious flavour. Usually I don't opt for cheddar as it always disappoints, but this one didn't. It was really enjoyable, and would recommend to anyone looking for a new everyday favourite.

This is such a flavourful cheddar, the main downside is having it in the fridge and not eating it in one go. I use it for toppings, and all recipes, but the other day bought a crusty roll, red onion with a layer of this and it was like walking in heaven.
