No Pay Raises
It's frustrating to work in a company where employees aren't appreciaed and there's no incentives being offered. We are always overworked and exhausted but the management doesn't seem to care. All we ever wanted was a little incentives like bonuses and pay raises that could compensatethe hard work that we put into working here. This will also motivate us more even when our job are too exhausting.
