I am delighted to receive my payment for answering the initial survey. To some, it may be small to have S.30 deposited in my Paypal account but to hear some of my views, is another Big thing.

Willing to share more insights in the next tasks and thanks for the great experience.

I thought at first this is not a legit platform.Few days after accomplishing the surveys, i am surprised that i was paid. They sent the payment tru my paypal account. Good app.

It's a legit app. It's up to you to answer the survey task or not however, tasks are gone when I have ample time to answer them. Please let it stay for at least 2 weeks or more.

A legit app to earn , but so few project

I participated in a research interview to which I was invited after completing a survey that was shared by friends. The interview was fun and time passed very quickly. The payout was pretty valid for the time taken.

It was great, pays on time.

I gave Grape-Data 5 stars because I completed survey that was worth $50. Once I completed the survey I got a message stating I was disqualified from the survey (Even though I was allowed to complete the survey. So I emailed GrapeDatas customer service explaining my issues. Later in the day I got a reply email explaining I had been credited the $50. Thanks Grape-Data

Need to improve both website and app contact and chat information and support service.
Need to improve questionnaires on surveys, ie forcing input of a telephone number when doing a face interview.
Auto rejections and declines without giving detailed feedback of what caused error is not helpful or progressive. I have been paid for some small studies. Completely annoyed took time and expenses to travel and do face interviews and these been auto declined. When I have put in all data as answered by shop owners. So I'm not confident to spend time attempting anymore until I get a human and not bot like response. I have over 25 years market research experience and have no issue engaging public in discussions.

Update 17 Feb. Thanks for your response but answers are still unhelpful. I have not received any direct response to appeals or messages. So only seeing a response on here. Saying the survey has inconsistencies what parts? Who is the team member in grape data that is responding to this query so that I may follow up on any issues with the same person? Still too much room for error and these issues to occur. No opportunity to preview the survey on project acceptance prior to interviewing candidates. And no accountability no named person so still feels like talking to a machine. This response has not increased my confidence.

Update 21st March 2023. The latest response from GrapeData only on trust pilot was still not helpful. Issues above remain, so I still would not recommend with absolute confidence that the above would not happen again until improvements are made.

Since above review I have attempted a few low paying and high paying surveys- with the expectation that I would not get paid as above.

I wanted to check that they are listening to reviews and improving their processes.

I have been declined for higher paying and accepted for lower paying 5 dollar surveys.

GrapeDataTeam need to be more transparent. I find it quite cheeky that you have active in flagging negative reviews while still not responding directly to concerns.

I have received email today from trust pilot asking that I provide proof in 3 days that I am genuine user of grapedata or my review will be removed-even though I have provided previous verifications.

At this moment I still can not recommend with absolute confidence that Grapedata will not be a waste of time.

I would advise proceed with caution.

Well they do pay I can say that for sure , I had made a review and I actually submitted a total of 15 submissions for immunology assays and all were truthful honest real people response and the 4 I was paid for were no different from the others declined other than different people different companies but all which met the requirements for the survey I dunno their method in screening and accepting the responses but it's backwards don't say hey you can do 10 submissions and make 500$ when in reality no matter if there good or not your only getting four accepted and paid just say that in beginning, what happens to the responses that are supposed to be "declined" my opinion is they are still using the "declined" responses and only paying for some JUST SAY YOU CAN ONLY SUBMIT 5 RESPONSE AND MAKE SAY 30$ EACH . DONT SAY YOU CAN HAVE 20 SURVEY RESPONSES AND MAKE 1000$ WHEN THERES NO INTENTION ON APPROVING ANYTHING MORE THAN 5 NO MATTER HOW GOOD TRUTHFUL AND ACCEPTABLE THEY ARE LIKE I SAID THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE FROM THE ONES I WAS ACCEPTED AND PAID FOR AND THE ONES DECLINED, OTHER THAN DIFFERENT PEOPLE DIFFERENT COMPANIES, DIFFERENT ANSWERS, WHICH THATS WHAT A SURVEY IS AS LONG AS IT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS LIKE COMPANY AND Profession ECT. I will say that I'm so greatful for the money I have made for sure , I want to point out another thing as well, if people are getting on here and submitting responses that are untrue and fake they will catch it, I seen another review with a woman saying she bluntly submitted false responses and she got paid , which is not right!!! My only issue is if a survey is accepted which means it's genuine and qualified, if there is another submission and it's qualified as well by all means it should be accepted as well , I'm just saying I understand if sometimes they will get declined I would even understand if a few did , but out of 17 13 we're declined and I know for 100% fact that they were just as qualified and had just as good RESPONSES as the ones accepted, I guess I gotta take the good with the bad , I just think they need to update the way things are declined , if some things were accepted or wrong pay for what's right , if the responses make it past the initial screening and has party 🎉 saying CONGRATULATIONS YOU QUALIFIED!!! THEN YOU SHOULD BE PAID PERIOD LIKE I SAID IF SOME ANSWERS WE'RE NOT WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR OAY FOR WHATS RIGHT AND MOVE ON ! AND SPECIFICALLY I WAS DECLINED AND THE EMAIL SAYS THE REASON IT WAS DECLINED WAS BECAUSE THE SCREENSHOT DIDNT INCLUDE THE CALL DURATION WHEN IN FACT ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS TAP THE PHOTO SO YOU CAN SEE THE WHOLE THING AND IT CLEARLY HAD AT THE TOP THE PHONE NUMBER CALLED AND AT THE BOTTOM CLEARLY SAID DURATION 25 MINS AND 36 SEC
