This whole process started in 2024. We had all sorts of surveys, we were told we passed everything and have been approved. A whole year went by and no one told us more than this, even with us contacting them every couple of months or so. Then in November 2025 we got a message saying the application has been cancelled. No reason why, no further information.

Nearly a year ago I contacted Grantiau Cymru to see if I could access an eco4 flex grant for my home instead of the expensive system I had.
I was contacted by Cameron, and everything moved forward with help and advice. Due to other personal issues I was a bit slow, but twelve months on and everything is now completed with me signed with Octopus for my export guarantee payment.
This review is a way of saying thank you to Grantiau Cymru for the way my application was handled by Cameron who on more than one occasion had to help out to due to minor glitches on the way.

Excellent customer service, they kept me informed all the way through. Installers were repectful of our home and flexible on timings. They did a lovely job and most importantly our house is now dry and warm. Its a stone welsh cottage and previously had a damp problem. The air sourse heat pump and solar panels have eradicated the damp problem and the house feels much more comfortable. Exceeded our expectations!

The whole process was managed in a proffesional manner, each team that came to work on our property from the scaffolders to the panel installers where respectful and polite but most of all took pride in their work👍

LMF who were the company completing the work were very efficient with all the work being completed in just over a week. Would recommend this company.

Cold called. Claimed to represent the Welsh Government if relation to ECO4 grants for Solar PV etc. Rang back pushing another "related" company called the Altum Organization as the best to do the work. Has all the hallmarks of a scam. Beware.
