Granteva is disreputable. Ordered a dog harness from them, and something didn't feel right. Although it was supposed to contain a name plate, there was no field to put in the name/phone number you wanted. The original price was gradually inflated throughout the checkout process, so within a few minutes after purchasing, I notified them to cancel the order both by email, and in response to a text they sent me. They now come back to threaten me telling me they will keep 30% for nothing. Avoid this disgusting, scamming, disreputable firm at all costs, their products are not exclusive to their company, they can be found elsewhere. What a disgusting company.
