Extremely Disappointing Experience with Cardone University

My experience with Cardone University has been extremely disappointing. I joined the program for their sales training and weekly coaching with the hope of improving my team’s performance. Instead, after six months of following their processes, our sales numbers declined significantly.

I raised concerns about the program’s effectiveness, but they pointed to their contract, made it clear that they don’t guarantee results, and continued to demand payment. Their focus is solely on getting paid, not delivering value or helping their clients succeed.

If you’re considering this program, be warned: their priority isn’t your success, it’s making sure they get paid, no matter the results.

Pushy and rude

Requested some information on their course….and then the constant phone calls started. Texted them to request they stop contacting me and remove my details from their database, and someone called Corbett actually argued back! Rude. It sounds like they employ staff in a call centre in the Philippines. Nothing about this company feels good. It feels very dodgy.

I have been researching Online…

I have been researching Online Retirement Options for about Six Months, Its a minefield and can be hard work, I have requested refunds from about 5 players, and to date have always been successful, Then along comes Grant Cardone, ????? Still Waiting. While there appears to be a lot of good advise there, I didn,t want a Marketing School, and yes there High Pressure tactics, and really stating They are The Best. BUT IF YOU ARE THE BEST, THEN GIVING REFUNDS SHOULD BE NO ISSUE. ?????

Sales reps

Ive followed Grant Cardone for a while and I genuinely feel he has good information to share that will help people build their businesses. However, my experience in looking into information on his training and conferences has been less than mediocre. I spoke with Miguel and he was incredibly pushy. I am a single mom and simply asked that I have time to look at my finances first to make sure my bills are paid and I have money left over to invest in this. Long story short he hung up on me because I wasn't willing to put up the money right then and there. I looked at my finances after speaking with him and found that I actually did have the money to invest. But since he was so rude and hung up on me just because I wouldn't make a decision right then and there, I will be looking else where for an investment.

If I can give them no star, I would.
Last night, I saw ad from him.
Look desperate, sounds like he gives the solution, but no way.
If I checked review, the I didn't sign up. I spent desperate credit charges for $10000. But after 6 months, nothing I can do. I signed up because I need to earn money, but in ordert to sign up the membership they recommend was $25000.
I thought mentoring program will help me step by step, but they said in order to get invested from others you have to show them what you can do. So I at the same start line.
I advise you, if you have enough money to spend education, yes. But otherwise do be greedy start one by one. That was lesson I learned.
I spent lots credit card debts because I want earn money as fast as I can. But that was wrong idea. It takes time, and money. Do whatever you like. Don't listen to rich people unless they are sincere. All of them say they start education program to help us but they change $7000 - $25000. If anyone knows somebody share their becoming wealthy mind and ideas for free or little charges then please let me know.
God bless you 🙏

Don't expect anything from them.

Actually loved Grants audio books. So much that I decided to spend money on his website - bought several of his books and a marketing course.
They didn't fulfill the order of the books (was missing 3 of 4 10x jurnals), I was missing access to an online book, and lastly I find it unresonable to charge £800 for less than 30 minutes of videos, supposed to give you good marketing insights.

Absolutely no response from their CS...

Want to spend your money in a better way? Give it to a homeless person! Not any of these people!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They charge you money without your approval.
I used their services many years ago and I just realised they charged money last week using my saved debit card.
I emailed them and never reply to me.
Be aware of them

Illegally and silently trying to charge, years after canceling

Years after canceling, they just came back and tried to silently charge me again.

Years ago, it was a hassle to cancel the subscription, taking countless calls, emails, etc. Now, I get an alert from Chase for a fraudulent charge by Grant Cardone and they were correct - it was a fraudulent charge. I have to get a new credit card because they keep trying to silently charge me. They are engaging in illegal activities regularly.

Never received the promised items that…

Never received the promised items that we paid for. After seeing other bad reviews for Grant, and even tho we tried to cancel going to the work shop within 24 hours, they would not refund any money and then did not send any further information...so for over $5000 we did not receive any goods are services and they would not return our phone calls after we tried to cancel.

Honestly, Grant is a straight scam and I would not trust a word that man said at this point. Multiple high pressure phone calls to get you to pay for a workshop, but no recourse if you change your mind at all, and zero customer service to address your concerns.

Went to the last conference and it changed my life. Events are really a way to find business partners and people to do business with. I found my current business partner at one of 10x events and every year I still go because the value is unmatched anywhere else. Grants the real deal no doubt!

Has anyone made millions after 90days?!

I am reading all of the reviews and have yet to find anyone that has made millions of dollars in 9 days, not one... I know Grant has made millions of dollars off of us people that are struggling trying to make ends meet and are willing to pay for instructions on how to do that, and even if we only paid 27 dollars you times that by 90,000 people that were the number of people I was on the zoom training course that is 90 min long, well Grant made over 2 million along just from that zoom meeting , and then you get a phone call from someone in his company trying to sell you additional courses today only for 1000 dollars, 'today only"! Well that adds up to a pretty penny for him also..

Bruh 70$ for a journal.. what a waste. Anyways I don't believe this is their only income page as I am constantly shown pages that are about his 90 days "journey" from 0$ to 5.5m... What an absolute hoax imo. Don't ever trust or put your money into this kind of company if you ask me...

Don't Bother

Thomas, a sales rep from Triworld, reached out and made no attempt to connect with us other than remarking on the fact that I quoted the bible and then quickly tried to shove me into a sales funnel. He also failed to do even a little research before contacting us. If he is proof of concept for the training academy, I would not give this company a dime or another minute of my time.

While the content of the training modules are good, everything is available on YouTube for free. I have watched all of the videos that were published as of 2019 and they are not worth the very high price of admission. Save your money.

Terminated within 2 months with cause

So this is how it went down. Director of Operations for residential sales came to me and said that the training program we had wasn't working. We needed something different so I said go ahead and find something. He already knew of Grant Cardone and the Cardone university so I was like okay well let's set up a meeting and talk to these guys.

We had a meeting and I said okay well the board of directors because it's a large purchase we'll have to approve onboarding of curdone university. They didn't actually allow us time to have a proper meeting. They had sold my director of operation so quickly that when it came time to have the meeting, they were waiting on the telephone for us. I thought that was very unprofessional and got extremely angry.

We did decide to give them a good go over and we told them that hey we're not signing a long-term contract because you're an unknown quantity and thank God we did. We signed a contract for a year with the understanding that after 3 months we would review the progress and see what happened. Well they got terminated 2 months in.

A month after we started the program and we weren't seeing any results at all. We had spent thousands of dollars and there was nothing coming of it.

During the second month that's when things started to get a little bit uneasy. We noticed the steep drop off of people actually studying once they reached a certain level. We noticed that nobody was progressing any further. I myself grew suspicious of what was going on and spoke to my sales manager. He informed me about some issues that had happened in some of the meetings so I contacted Cardone university and requested the video logs of those meetings.

It took them in a very unreasonable amount of time to supply us with the logs. Maybe I knew that the jig was up and they were getting caught with their pants down so to speak.

After spending several hours, more than what was acceptable reviewing in the entirety a bunch of past training sessions, I discovered that Grant had been making racially sensitive comments. Not to the level where it's just something you could possibly ignore but to the level where in one of the meetings it overwhelmingly dominated the entire meeting of his people being called out for their absolutely vulgar and disgusting racist attitude.

I had employees and contractors complaining about it and nobody took any of the content complaints seriously. It was like a joke to these American clowns. Grant is in his videos making disgustingly racist and discriminatory commentary and they think it's perfectly okay. When people complain about it they try to do whatever they can to brush it off and ignore it.

So yeah, after seeing what happened and then consulting with legal, it was discovered that under both Canadian law and Canadian human rights law, Grant Cardone and his fake university opened my company up to a possible multi-million dollar lawsuit that could have easily stretched into the tens of millions of dollars because of his commentary.

We terminated the contract with cause immediately and notify the relevant parties and then over the past couple of months, they've still contacted us is if we're still part of their fake program. They were even trying to still set up sales meeting nearly a month after we interpreted the contract for cause. These people were so ignorant so disconnected and dysfunctional that even though we had already terminated the contract with cause, they were still, still trying to weasel their way into everything like a bunch of dirty little scumbags

I felt an overwhelming amount of pressure to give an immediate yes or no answer.

I had a frustrating experience with a Grant Cardone representative. During our initial call, I felt an overwhelming amount of pressure to give an immediate yes or no answer. Despite my request for more time to review their history and customer feedback, the representative continued to push for a quick decision, which felt very controlling.

In any business interaction, it’s important to allow potential clients the space to make informed choices without being rushed. I ultimately decided to reject the offer, as I value a more respectful and collaborative approach to business discussions.

I would caution others about working with representatives who may not prioritize transparency and respectful communication.
