I was sent the wrong pair of sunglasses (which were much cheaper). I have since then tried to contact them via email, chat, Facebook and phone. Not a single answer. I Have since discovered they have been scamming hundreds of customers. I wish I had some more research before purchasing.

So my mother and I both ordered glasses in June, I emailed them and cancelled my order in the end at end of August and received a refund within 3 days....great! I kept my mothers order and was assured by email from Juan that I’d have the glasses by 7th September. It’s now the 12th, no contact, no glasses! I’ve emailed 6 times today and still nothing. So disappointing as I’ve ordered so much from them in the past without any issues.
My mother has now approached the police via a family member as they’ve taken the money and not sent the product. This is fraudulent - I won’t let it go Gran Optic!

Scam company, avoid!
I successfully bought a pair of sunglasses from GranOptic in 2017 and so decided to use them again this year. I ordered a pair of Oakleys on the 10th June and they did not arrive for 6 weeks so I contacted them. They claimed they had supply issues which I allowed a couple more weeks for before requesting a refund. That was 4 weeks ago and I am now unable to make any contact with the company. No emails have ever been responded to, and none received after the initial order confirmation. Sadly I can only conclude that I have been exit-scammed by a company that has gone rogue.

FRAUD!!!! I ordered a pair of Persols on Saturday the 30th of June. Cancelled the order on Monday the 2nd of July because of the delivery time and still don't have my money back. The status online is still 'in proces-With manufacturer'. They don't respond through chat or email. Order number #600923. I will not rest before I have my money back!!!
