Do not get anything from this company!!!! Be warned. They are a scam.

This order number 615006 was placed on the 9th of September, tried to contact company via live chat and email to follow up with my order. No response at all.

Placed an order end of August, tried to contact company via live chat and email to enquire why more money went off my credit card than the total amount of the purchase. No response at all. I want my money back but an't get hold of them.

612280 is my order number. 19 working days and no delivery. Sent a lot of emails but no contact from them at all. Online help is always busy. Hopeless.I will want a refund. Don't use.

Dreadful, I ordered glasses in May and they still aren't here. They don't answer emails, phone calls or chat. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I have been asking for a refund for months.

Ordered Dior Glasses on the 10th June 2018. Nothing had arrived after 4 weeks so i cancelled the order in July. Its now September and i still have no refund. They never reply to emails. Dont order anything from here!!

I ordered the glasses on the 05/08/2018 still no glassed .
I have emailed them 8 times and no answer.

I bought a pair of oakleys. They took the money straight away. Weeks later no oakleys. I asked for a refund and was told I would get one. That was months ago. Nobody replies to my emails and there is no way of contacting them. I have lost £93. Do not use this company.

I was sent the wrong pair of sunglasses (which were much cheaper). I have since then tried to contact them via email, chat, Facebook and phone. Not a single answer. I Have since discovered they have been scamming hundreds of customers. I wish I had some more research before purchasing.

So my mother and I both ordered glasses in June, I emailed them and cancelled my order in the end at end of August and received a refund within 3 days....great! I kept my mothers order and was assured by email from Juan that I’d have the glasses by 7th September. It’s now the 12th, no contact, no glasses! I’ve emailed 6 times today and still nothing. So disappointing as I’ve ordered so much from them in the past without any issues.

My mother has now approached the police via a family member as they’ve taken the money and not sent the product. This is fraudulent - I won’t let it go Gran Optic!

Very good quality and great price! I would recommend to anyone! I am sure this is not my last purchase from Gran Optic! Very quick despatch!

Purchased my son's glasses a month ago and money deducted from our account immediatley. Since that time, we have not received the glasses, nor any kind of response to our numberous email queries. Stay away from this company. They are fraudsters and you're wasting your money...

I have to contact my bank to get my money back now. The glasses never arrived and I never got any response at my email. The company is definitely a SCAM stay away from this site, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I successfully bought a pair of sunglasses from GranOptic in 2017 and so decided to use them again this year. I ordered a pair of Oakleys on the 10th June and they did not arrive for 6 weeks so I contacted them. They claimed they had supply issues which I allowed a couple more weeks for before requesting a refund. That was 4 weeks ago and I am now unable to make any contact with the company. No emails have ever been responded to, and none received after the initial order confirmation. Sadly I can only conclude that I have been exit-scammed by a company that has gone rogue.

Fraud! Bought my sunglasses and they never arrived.
Tried to contact them several times and zero feedback.
Luckily I pay with Amazon Pay, so I managed to get a refund, otherwise, I would have lost the money as many people.
Don't buy from them!

Ordered glasses as part of my future husbands wedding gift on the 15th aug 2018. Was told 3-5 working days delivery it’s now the 9th sept 2018 after numerous emails and web chat attempts no response or communication still haven’t received my item or a refund ! NEVER order with GranOptric it’s a scam

FRAUD!!!! I ordered a pair of Persols on Saturday the 30th of June. Cancelled the order on Monday the 2nd of July because of the delivery time and still don't have my money back. The status online is still 'in proces-With manufacturer'. They don't respond through chat or email. Order number #600923. I will not rest before I have my money back!!!
