Phoned Abby fitters were to far away to come so a plumber was called to refit He turned up immediately solved problem
That’s wot I call an excellent service
Oh & the worktop looks a million dollars

The new worktops were well fitted and look fantastic. The whole experience from ordering through to installation was professionally handled.

Shaun was great, I communicated with him several times as I had been bitten by a previous company and lost money. Shaun was understanding and supportive all the way through the process. The two chaps who did the installation on the day were great too, new exactly what they were doing and did an amazing job.Alison in the Holt office was very supportive too.

I needed replacement kitchen cupboard doors. I chose a decorative shaker style . I was never told that the style could not be produced on doors/drawers under a certain size. I only found out when the doors were being fitted. When I queried this with the company they simply said they thought I knew because there were some pictures of plain fronts in their brochure. They did not accept they should have explained to me before I placed the order. The company has never actually responded to me. The response was from a part time self employed agent who has cannot accept he had a responsibility to explain what could and could not be made. I now have a kitchen with 5 out of 14 doors which are plain and look odd.

New doors in Two days. No mess and all great. Very pleased.

Most of the installation way fine but after fitters had left I had no hot water to the sink. The tap was obviously not tested. A plumber was sent to rectify the plumbing.

Very helpful to be able to visit showroom in Stratton Strawless and very helpful member of staff. Told us all the facts but was in no way pushy. Everyone involved was professional, hard working and kept everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with kitchen worktops.

Every aspect from measuring to fitting went without a hitch. fitters were on time and very careful about the area

We had used this company before and found them very good. So after moving and not totally happy with our work surface we decided to call them again. The experience was very good as before and we are delighted with our new work surfaces and the whole process was very good also.

Granite work tops, splashback and new sink installed. Has radically improved the look of the kitchen. Very efficient and clean installation, would recommend.

From start to finish the company and staff kept us informed at every stage and the final part,the installation was very quick and trouble free the guys were very clean during the installation and made sure every thing was clean at the end.

I was very pleased with the service I received from when I first visited the showroom and through the home visit to discuss further regarding my requirements. The fitters were very polite and removed any rubbish and left the kitchen tidy. Explained how to look after my sink and worktop overlays

Very pleased with our kitchen worktops. What a transformation & the quality is excellent. From going to the showroom (Norwich), meeting the surveyor, dealing with the ladies in the office & the fitters John & Mike you couldn’t fault the service given. Work was completed to a high standard & all left clean & tidy. Definitely recommend.
