Sadly not 5 star. Overall finish is ok. Lost a star as the splashbacks are not joined as could be. Very sad and slightly annoying. Plus if going to cut wood and grind down granite pulse use adhesives & silicone would have been nice to cover the floor 1st. Threw away the mat by my sink as covered in grit and dust & took an hour to scrub the floor to remove most of the silicone & adhesive. Will not be getting doors done now sadly. Fitter arrived on time and completed worktops quickly and professionally.

Every stage of the transformation of our kitchen worktops went smoothly. The initial survey; the construction of the worktop templates; and the final fitting of the new worktops, sink and tap.
Everything was on schedule — even though we had to make an alteration to the date of installation which was much quicker than we’d imagined. The staff were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our thanks to them all.

Very pleased through all aspects of my new kitchen project - planning, communications, provision of materials, carrying out on site to deliver and install. Only disappointment is having to wait two weeks for after care of marble worktop paperwork and final guarantee etc. Three kitchen fitters were impressive workers.

The consultations, measuring and fitting went well and the finished kitchen looks amazing. The only issue was we were told it would take one day and it took three days to complete. However, all the people involved were very good and professional.

Granite Transformation did an excellent job of my kitchen. Every single workman arrived when they said they would and left my kitchen daily clean and tidy. They did their work in a professional and organised manner, with a cheery smile and friendly way every day. Nothing was too much trouble. A really superb finished result. The installers were amazing and on discovering a small piece of granite worktop missing, rectified this completely within a couple of hours so I was not inconvenienced. The installers were really pleasant and extremely competent and left my kitchen and home immaculate. They also ensured that everything was working perfectly before they finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I really felt that they went the extra mile and a big thank you to them.

From the moment we visited their Showroom in Ipswich, every single stage of the contract through to completion was handled in a courteous and professional manner.
We are "over the moon" with what they have done to our kitchen and our friends are impressed with the transformation.

Everything about the Ipswich and Colchester Granite Transformations company was professional. Firstly from seeing my daughter’s kitchen which was Transformed by them quite a few years ago and still looking as new today. Every employee who I dealt with from the office to the first class kitchen fitter’s, Joe the granite work top installer who I had a super day with talking football, and a first class tradesman he is. A special mention of Courtney a very nice sales consultant who made it so easy from the start with no hard sell. A first class company, don’t change anything, keep it family like that’s how it felt to me. I’m a year off 80 so I know a little. (I think 🤔) You made it easy for me. Thanks

we look at several kitchen companies which advertise on tv and send there glossy broachers. But after tacking a look at granite and trend transformation showroom wow this made are mind up ..fabulous make over without any fuss or problems perfect service The three fitters couldn't have been more polite and helpful many thanks Roger, Darren ,Adam and the sales team would recommend this company to anyone A1 J J w HOWE

All staff were friendly, helpful and kept us informed. Everything was done on time and to a good standard of finish.
It's transformed out kitchen in to a bright and smart place. We are very pleased with the result.

After having our existing kitchen units for about 30 years, my wife finally persuaded me that we needed new doors, worktops and sink unit. The existing cupboard carcasses were still quite good so just replacing the above seemed the most sensible and cost efficient option. After looking around we decided that Granite & Trend transformations fitted the bill. They suggested a few improvements which we would never have thought of and the finished result is marvelous. The kitchen looks a lot bigger and lighter and of course more modern. Everyone who has seen it is particularly spell bound by the granite type worktops. The fitters were very polite and tidy and the actual fitting only took just over 2 days so the kitchen was not out of action at all, so that was a bonus! A great result and we are sure it will out live us!

Brilliant couldn’t fault them ,the fitters were excellent made a lovely job of the kitchen and utility room so pleased ,we had work tops splash backs switches ,new handles on units new hob so organised ,money well spent can’t speak highly enough of the company ,

From start to finish it was a good experience. We were impressed with the Ipswich showroom and came away with good ideas. The initial visit by Courtney went well and she was most helpful in suggestions. The install itself went very well with Darren and Roger doing an excellent job. The final part were the new worktops fitted by Joe, completed in under 3 hours ! We have been very impressed with the quality of the workmanship throughout, a real credit. Thank you so much.

So pleased we decided to use Granite Transformations in Ipswich, it has made such a difference to our kitchen. Our units were still good but after 20 years they were beginning to look a little tired, our new worktops have made such a difference & the service we received from start to finish was excellent.
