The product Quartz worktop overlays looks nice, though very expensive at just over £900/per sq mtr.
The company should use 'Plain English' in contract & other documentation, as it is currently overblown, and difficult to decipher, it should be minimal but concise; The job must be 'completely & satisfactorily finished'; as where a client is asked to sign for satisfactory completion in the rush to get off the job...it does not account for subsequent discovery of unsatisfactory work; They should not palm off the client to finalise work(silicone that showed up when dry - we were told to clean it off with methylated spirit or wait for several weeks or more till they can get back to the job); similarly the compound used to seal the void between inner right-angle edge of overlay and original bullnosed worktops, is supposed to set rock-hard in 24-48hrs....2 weeks later it's still soft. I think we are being generous in giving 3 stars, and that is also the view of others on our social media page. I asked Granite & Trendtransformations.co.uk Head Office via thier website contact form, 'Do you externally verify your franchise businesses to ensure they carry out work with your materials to a certain standard?' They never replied....that says a lot I think.

We are sorry to read that since your last communication with us you have not been satisfied with a couple of areas of the installation. We are a local family business and like to deal with all matters personally. From your previous feedback you gave us an 8 for attention to detail, 9 for service and quality, and 10 out of 10 for timeliness of installation on our showroom questionnaire. We understood there was just a simple matter of some excess silicone which we advised you how to remove. Since then we heard nothing else from you, and therefore we presumed this had rectified the problem. If you would like to discuss any further matters with us please feel free to get in touch with us.

Excellent service from visit to Holt…
Excellent service from visit to Holt showroom in Norfolk, the follow-up consultation and template visit and subsequent fitting of units. Mike and John completed the works with minimum disruption and arrived bright and early over the 2 days it took to transform our kitchen (didn't even have to empty all the cupboards!). Follow-up visit to check some minor alignments was quick and efficient and everything looks wonderful. Thank you again for a wonderful service.

Never heard back
Got a brochure off the website I was then called a week later to see if I would be interested in a quote, I said yes, was then contacted the next day by a mobile number to see when I would be free so I sent my available times- Never heard back.
