I would have given a zero rating. I had my installation and the cupboard doors quickly started pealing. When I contacted Exeter granite transformations I was told that door colour was discontinued already, after trying to fix the problem and failing they eventually managed to get more of the door colour but by then more doors had started pealing, I had these done but soon after more started pealing. I had said that I thought I had a faulty set or doors but was ignored. After months of not getting any reply from Patrick I phoned to be told the franchise had been sold. I sent through all my receipts and guarantee but heard nothing back. Now after chasing they say I am outside of the warranty time even though I reported all the problems within the timeframe. The service is terrible, I thought I had dealt with Granite Transformations as a company not a franchise. Don’t buy from them the gauranteee is worthless
After Granite Transformations repaired saying this wasn’t the service they would expect and that they would be in touch I have still not been contacted regarding the useless cupboard door that they fitted. As I said before the guarantee is worthless

Professionalism from beginning to end.Can’t really fault anything.The worktop is fantastic.The installation was quick and efficient,and the people doing it were nice and friendly . I was kept informed properly,and appointment times were stuck to.

We dealt with Granite and Trend Exeter. Really well put together process - initial visit for measure, price-up and worktop selection. Next is the templating visit, very thorough process and options clearly explained and agreed upon. Finally, install - which was done to an impeccable standard by the fitter - joins and corners expertly crafted.
So happy with the finished result and would totally recommend an overlay for minimal disruption but excellent quality and look.

The fitting process was excellent. However, the sales person omitted to tell me that the top I chose is porous and absorbs colour. She may have told me not to use bleach or Flash to clean but I have, also, to be careful with lemon juice and suchlike.
They also took away a small tap fitting which was part of a filter under the old sink they took away.
Apart from that, the service and, particularly the fitter, was excellent

No hassle from start to finish. So pleased, it's like we have a different kitchen. Would highly recommend. The fitters were great!

The installer was very polite and at the end of fitting gave me useful ways to keep the worktop in prime condition

Just be aware of the aftercare instructions needed before you buy to keep it looking pristine eg the spills that can stain quickly, heat,scratches

We did have a slight problem with the delivery from Florida of the particular Worktop we chose for our kitchen. The situation has since been resolved and we are very pleased with the installation. I would like to say a big Thank you to Liam and Mike for all the fitting skills, the joins are hardly visible. I would certainly recommend Granite Solutions to anyone thinking of of a kitchen upgrade. Well done everyone

EXCELLENT.......A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, VERY CLEAN TIDY AND PROFESSIONAL.

We had the oak worktops in our kitchen and utility room covered by Granite transformations. The difference was amazing made the room much lighter and the finish is excellent. Very professional team from start to finish and the fitter was brilliant, made an amazing job.

Extremely professional company and the results have been amazing. We love the quality of their product and the fitter was remarkably talented, conscientious and nothing was too much trouble. He worked a very long day to get the job done to a high standard. From the start the company were really great to work with. Just changing the work tops has given us a whole new kitchen for a fraction of the price and with very little disruption. We are super happy with the results. Thank you to all the team for your professionalism and great customer service.

The whole process from start to finish was perfect GT did everything they said when they said they would and the craftsmen were excellent very professional and also very tidy.The finished job looks fantastic. Tights was the second job they have done for us and both jobs have been excellent.
