Product very good and looks great.
However we were told it would be a one day job with two men ,it turned out to be a two day job for one man.
Ryan never stopped ,we thought too much for one man.
Disappointed with attitude of the directors over final payment, neither asked if the job was good or were we pleased, just that the final payment was due.

Efficient service provided with care and consideration for others. Nice product - looks good in situ. Would definitely recommend.

When we decided on a restoration trend were quick to react, they brought samples colours etc with them and gave us a price on the visit so we could work with that when we visited the showroom to go over fine tuning. The next stage after agreement was the fitter to measure precise. At this meeting we confirmed that this fitter was the guy who would make it all happen. No different people in and out not knowing us we felt completely at ease and left him to it. Ryan was a credit to the company. The transformation is wonderful and suits us perfectly

The Fitter was very professional with a precision finish and a great work ethic. He also made a couple of extras for us using some of the left over matériels and also had a good cleanup before he left All in all a very good experience. Although the installation was delayed through illness the office kept us informed and were very helpful. The gift of flowers to my wife on installation day was very well received - thank you. I would stronhly recommend this company to all potential customers.

From first visiting the showroom, we have experienced nothing but helpful professional advice, with no pressure to buy.
The fitter (Ryan) was quick, neat and so tidy. He cleaned up every day hoovering and wiping down surfaces. i was kept up to date with any amendments to the programme. The refurbishment was completed on time. Extra staff were sent in to ensure that the timetable was adhered to. I would not hesitate to recommend Trend to friends and family.

Excellent customer service from our first visit to the showroom through the planning stage to the actual installation. the advice offered re colour schemes was invaluable and the result was stunning. Richard who did the installation was first class. He never stopped even when offered coffee, explained where necessary, did not intrude and left everything immaculate at the end of each day. His workmanship was first class and would thoroughly recommend him.

Pleased with the outcome , but was left to my own devices to raise our freestanding cooker to the level required. I had to go and buy a piece of wood to raise the level. There is a slight difference in the height of the panels in the shower.

Wanting to update my kitchen, the internet was consulted. Trend Transformations was local and seemed to have good reviews, so a visit was planned. As I am blind, my friend came with me to help. As soon as Helen from Trend realised the situation, she moved into describe colours, different textures, offering suggestions of how things might go together. Samples were taken home. Later Helen brought other samples. I was so impressed with the quality of the products being used and the attention to detail being offered by Trend. I had to wait a few weeks before the cupboard doors and unit tops granite was ready, but the fitting went without a hitch, quietly and discreetly. Actually one door had a small fault on one corner, but the fitter spotted that first and had the replacement process in action before I noticed it.

I chose glass splashbacks. This was fitted over existing tiles so much less hassle. The whole effect of laminated doors, granite counter tops and glass is modern, fresh, and so easy to wipe down.

Quality of the product, the installation, and staff attitude to communication and dealing with enquiries was faultless. This is a company I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

There was 3 stages to getting our work tips. Measuring, template then fitting. Each stage was done when they said. Arrived on time very professional. My kitchen was transformed &looks fantastic.

Our kitchen transformation was successful because we were able to incorporate details which were resolved by helpful consultations and adaptable fitters who offered considered solutions to on-site technicalities. The entire team at Trend provided a professional service albeit the installation took slightly longer than anticipated but it was worth it in the end.

From initial enquiry to fitting Trend transformations were prompt ,thorough and attention to details was outstanding. Fitter worked alone but was superb. Cannot recommend them highly enough my kitchen has been transformed!!!

All site visit, quote, template cutting and installation done very efficiently. All communications regarding scope of the work and additional external purchases were courteously handled, making the process minimally stressful. ( It is a significant purchase.)

Our kitchen was totally transformed without having the kitchen cabinets removed. Ryan did a wonderful job it now looks like a showroom kitchen, we would highly recommend them.

Even though you don’t have to empty cupboards, I would recommend you do as there is inevitably some dust.
