Our experience with with Granite Transformations was superb from start to finish. The whole team want above and beyond throughout - from the initial visit to the completed work it was a pleasure meeting them all and we feel lucky to have been recommended them to 'transform' our kitchen. It really does look like a completely new space and has added some thing special just changing the work tops and sink.
The quality of the work is fantastic and Bob who fitted it was a joy to have around - such a friendly and knowledgeable guy as well as extremely talented. Thank you, we can highly recommend as we are thrilled with our new kitchen! Also a pleasure to work with a genuine company with such personal customer service.

I have employed Granite Transformation's before and went straight back to them for my new utility room worktop.
As always, the initial telephone contact, visits for an estimate and template followed by the installation was done by very friendly, accommodating and professional people. Once again, a brilliant service. I am more than happy to recommend this company.

Highly professional from the initial contact with the friendly office staff. A visit by Peter to survey what was required and a quote there and then, which I accepted.
After a measure up by Bob on Feb24th who returned on March 2nd to install the quartz overlay in the kitchen.
A quality, high standard finish by Bob who worked nonstop throughout the day. Nothing too much trouble and answered all my questions relating to the quartz. He constantly checked with me if everything looked ok. He, obviously, takes a great pride in his work right down to the tiniest detail and this shows in the high standard and quality of his work.
A mention to the gas hob fitter who did a clean, professional, installation.
Finally, the office contacted me to advise that I had, inadvertently, overpaid and refunded me immediately.
Great, honest, company.
I wish I had more work required at home as I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Our experience was excellent Bob was very professional and friendly doing a very nice clean job. We are very impressed with the end result.

The installation person was excellent and did a great job but the person (Peter Morrison) who came and did the survey did not do it correctly.
He had not taken the fact that my taps were on a low pressure water system so the tap he provided only allowed the water to dribble out not come out as it should. I did notify him but he sent a note back saying I was incorrect, my only option was to get a plumber who confirmed it was the wrong sort of tap and I had to pay to have the Tap replaced (£170).
I have tried to recover my money but he seems to be ignoring me.
So just be carful on the survey side.

Advice and support from the initial consultation to the installation. Very good workmanship from knowledgeable craftsman. Clean and tidy work from start to finish. Very pleasing result.

My experience with this company has been five star from estimating through to fitting. They are knowledgeable, professional and efficient and have carried out a high quality job for me replacing my kitchen cupboard doors. Totally reliable throughout.

The ordering, fitting and payment process for my kitchen worktops 5 years ago was absolutely excellent.
But how have those worktops fared with daily use since then?
The answer is that they still look good as new and give me joy every day.

From the initial visit by Peter, through to the fitting of the worktop, excellent service. We were a little reluctant to go down the route of quartz wraps for our existing workshops, but logistics meant it was the most sensible choice. Now so glad we did. And would absolutely recommend Granite Transformations - our research showed they were well regarded, and I can see why. Very attentive to detail, helpful and excellent work quality by the fitter. We would certainly recommend the product and Granite Transformations Cambridge. We opted for the Venetian worktop with surrounds and a splashback which looks fantastic. The pricing was clear and no hidden extras.
