We are so happy with our new worktop which has lightened the kitchen and made it look bigger. Aaron and Tom did a fantastic job and carried out some extra work all on one day. Their workmanship is excellent.
Kim in the Hatton showroom communicated efficiently informing us of next steps and was very helpful.

Initially we visited the Banbury Showroom to enquire about replacement tops for our kitchen work tops and island having had a quote from one of the companies who advertise nationally . Think Granite @ Granite Transformations were welcoming and offered an excellent range . A home visit was quickly fixed for a day later and we soon found ourselves looking at a quote which was comparable with the one we had been given by the other company but gave us the feeling that we were dealing with a local company with excellent customer service . Granite Transformations is in fact a franchise but the Banbury / Warwick business feels very much like a family run business .

Having slept on our decision we came to the decision that we would be doing the right thing if we replaced our unit doors at the same time - so we bit the bullet , visited the Warwick Showroom and made some decisions . So another site visit to measure up was needed - and arranged within a day or so !

Order placed and installation dates fixed in super quick time .

The entire fit out took only 2.5 days ! Tom and his colleague were punctual , tidy and very hard working - a delight to have working in the house .

To say that we are pleased with the outcome is an understatement . We were promised a Transformation and by Golly we got one - it looks like a brand new , showroom, kitchen !

So , thank you Think Granite @ Granite Transformations for a top class team effort from initial enquiry to project completion . Strongly recommended by us .

The staff and product are both great. From first enquiry, initial quotation, specific recommendations to meet our needs, followed by the detailed specification for customising all materials. The fitter did a brilliant job and the installation took less than three days, a painless process.

From visiting the Warwick showroom to the final fitting by Aaron from the Banbury branch, I was very impressed with the services offered by granite transformations. I had worktop overlays and new doors and couldn't be happier with the quality and finish.
All work was carried out with diligence and care, from the initial consultation to the final fitting.
I'm so happy with the finished kitchen and would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering a kitchen makeover.

We found Granite Transformations (Banbury) to be an excellent company. From the initial visit to the showroom where Jan was so helpful, then Jason who measured up and then Aaron and Tom who did the template and fitting we were very happy. They kept us informed and always arrived when they had arranged to. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend.

We have just had our kitchen transformed. Very helpful advice from the start from Cari at Hatton, great service and advice from Jason and outstanding workmanship from Tom and Arran who fitted the kitchen. Nothing was too much for them and they kept the kitchen so tidy. A top class professional service all round. We are so pleased with the kitchen and would highly recommend them

If you want the best, look no further. Granite Transformations are a top quality kitchen makeover company. GT updated all our workshops including a large breakfast bar, full height splash backs and four window sill’s. What a great result, we now have a fabulous looking showroom kitchen thanks to Designer Jason, craftsman Aaron and the Team at Hatton Jan and Cari. A very friendly professional team of people who go that one step further to deliver a class job to be proud of. Would definitely recommend this Company. Thank you Guys 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Tom from the Banbury office came and did our kitchen worktops, by replacing the old ones with new tops and backs. We were so pleased with the finished job. Tom was very good and professional in getting the work done in two days with a brilliant result. 5 stars for Tom.

When we refurbished our kitchen a couple of years ago, we decided to retain the present worktops and just replace cabinet doors and appliances. We soon realised this was a mistake but were reluctant to rip out the old worktops. Only when we came across Granite Transformations online did we discover that there was an alternative solution to this dilemma
We therefore visited the Banbury showroom and were impressed with what we saw. Within a few days Jason came to our house, measured up and gave us a quote immediately. We decided to go ahead there and then, and within another two weeks we’d had their very professional fitter Aaron around to measure up for the templates, had the worktop covers made and then fitted! The whole process from start to finish was so smooth and we’re delighted with the result. The kitchen has literally been Transformed thanks to the Banbury team!!
Oh, and finally, to receive a fabulous bouquet of flowers from them was just the icing on the cake!

My wife and I were after revamping our kitchen as it was looking rather tired, so we took to looking at some of the larger well known kitchen companies but felt they were just trying to make a quick sale at a premium, we had heard of Granite transformations from friends they said they were over the moon with their kitchen so decided to visit their show room in Banbury they were very helpful in helping us choose their professional approach gave us reassurance that we were making the right choice to choose GTUK from start to finish they added a personal touch their installation team were very polite and professional in and out in a couple of days with no mess left behind our kitchen has been transformed to being the main room in the house my wife and I now spend most of our time in this now lovely room, thankyou Jason, Kelly and your team keep up the great work kind regards Mr & Mrs B

Visited the Banbury store on sat and was blown away with the selection and high quality products they had on display..
Was approached by Kelly who guided us and gave us her professional opinion and recommendations on the worktops and doors we wanted to update our existing kitchen ..no pushy sales talk just Fantastic Customer service.

From our initial visit to the showroom, through measuring, making templates and finally installation everything has been just perfect.

We are absolutely delighted with the new worktop, it looks fantastic and has transformed the kitchen. (We are still searching for the joins as we know they must be there somewhere.)

The customer service has been second to none and the installation was painless. The kitchen was left exceptionally clean and tidy.

Good choice of finishes on show at Banbury and no pressure whatsoever to buy. Quality product and workmanship.

Having decided to change my kitchen, I got in contact with these guys as they have been well recommended from a friend. I was skeptical at first but, Kelly and Jason went above and beyond to clear all my questions and to keep the whole project within my budget. Fast forward a few days later and I am now having the kitchen of my dreams, done only in half a day! What made a super positive impression to me was how neat, tidy, polite and super friendly the installing technicians were. They have installed everything without any fuss and cleaned up after themselves in a formidable and professional manner! We were extremely pleased with the quality of our kitchen when it was fitted in February 2020. Unfortunately since then a couple of the heavier doors have dropped and although perhaps we could have sorted it ourselves two of the fitting team have just been out to fix the hinges for us. Really professional and helpful staff - I absolutely recommend their service and support. Thank you.

The service from the start to the actual finish was excellent. We are more than happy with our kitchen transformation. We would definitely recommend this company and the fitter, Tom.

I seriously can't rate them highly enough. The booking process was easy and the whole thing was made clean, fast and care free. Hardly a month time between booking and having our kitchen finished, slotted into 4 visits: 2 for plans and measuring, and 2 for fitting. We changed worktops, sink, tap and backsplash, and are very happy with the final result. Jason was very helpful, listened to all our ideas, gave us decorating advice, and went the extra mile to squeeze everything we wanted within our budget.
However, a very special mention of Tom is needed. What a delightful chap! Professional, respectful, clean, quick, and accommodating. We couldn't, in all honesty, have asked for anything more.
For some reason the emails to let us know when they would come were not coming through, but the customer attention phone service is excellent.
We will no doubt be requesting their services in a year or so, for some bathroom transformations we have in mind.

From start to finish this Banbury team were so professional. They offered a lovely range of doors and worktops with advice on best products for my kitchen. The communication was excellent, and the fitter Aaron couldn’t have been more helpful, going over and above to make sure he was happy with the results, a real perfectionist. It is not a particularly cheap option (had quartz worktop and new doors, retaining the carcasses of cupboards) but quality costs, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to a great team! Diane

Was let down by another franchise, 4 day before fit. Banbury stepped In to resolve our issue as we had waited 4 months for work to start on our kitchen worktop.
They are very professional, answered all my questions,
Got our transformation done quickly reassuring us as we went through all the stages with them.
Couldn't have asked for a better result, our new kitchen worktop looks absolutely lovely. Tom and Arron our fitters were very polite and did a fantastic job, left our kitchen clean and tidy once finished.
All the staff gave exceptional service from the start to the finish .
