Title: Still Waiting for My Money – Extremely Poor Experience
I am extremely disappointed with how my case is being handled.
After depositing, I requested a refund and was asked to complete full verification. I provided EVERYTHING requested: ID, bank card, and a full bank statement clearly showing my deposit on 02/04/2026.
Since then? Delays, no clear answers, and little to no response from the Risk Management team.
At this point, there is absolutely no justification for holding my funds. All verification steps have been completed, yet my money is still not returned.
This is unacceptable for any company handling customer funds.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with formal complaints and a chargeback through my bank.
To anyone considering using this casino: be very careful when it comes to withdrawals.
I expect this issue to be resolved without any further delay.
