Do not part your money with these guys. They will take your money and will not get no builders out. They are not an established company and do not have any builders who work for them. Stay well clear.

Took nearly £1000 from me and said they had a no quibble refund policy but instead they stole my money and provided me with no labour, no materials, no start date, no work and no refund!! Please DO NOT engage in business with this company. They are fake, they are bullies, they are liars and they are thieves; stealing money from people under the pretence of a reputable company, which they are not!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY TO THESE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS, THIEVES AND LIARS.

Hired these guys to put media walls in 2 of my properties. The service from start to finish was immaculate & extremely professional unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past. The completion of the job took less time than I was initially told which is great & the final product looked fantastic! Very impressed and will be using this company again! Thanks once more GrandMasterGroup!!

Biggest scammers they scammed me and took all my money…. They aren’t even a company to be honest it’s a young boy that literally makes profit and doesn’t even pay his workers. They get the job done from builders for £500 and charge you £1000 please avoid and find your own builders!!!!

Avoid at all costs - reviews are all fake, the website and everything they say when they speak to you is all a lie.

The company itself makes money by doing elaborate scams and messing you around. They will demand a deposit from you and then once the builder comes out, the builder would request money from you so all in all, you pay twice the amount and supposedly someone is going to refund you and when you dont, they will paint this whole picture of this person is that and that person is this just so you can feel pity towards them and get money from you. So much miscommunication between them and if you dont comply, the builder would cause a scene and threaten you!

The service I received from this company is absolutely diabolical - The delays in starting the work, the last-minute changes, and the constant back-and-forth regarding the materials have been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

Not only did I have to make multiple trips to the builder merchants due to your failure to conduct a design survey and source the necessary materials, but the quality of the work itself is subpar. There are so many inconsistencies and bad designs that it's clear the job was not done right.

Furthermore, the pricing issues and attempts to take more money from me were completely unacceptable. It took unnecessary time and communication to get the company to acknowledge their mistakes and agree to make things right.

Despite their promises to send another builder to complete the work, it has been weeks with no communication and the job remains unfinished. This is unprofessional and a waste of both my time and the materials I purchased. I know have to fork even more money out for such a simple job.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and disregard for customer satisfaction are simply unacceptable.

Had an extension done in my bathroom and it was done to perfection. Also had a shower installed and i am very happy with how everything has come out. Would certainly recommend this company.
