Doesn’t meet the quality that hermle should have！
The clock is cute and the delivery was fast. But this clock is not accurate. After installing a new battery, it is about 5 minutes slower per hour.

Nice clock, faboulus sound!
Nice clock! Fabulous sound. Would have appreciated a sound sample of the clock on the website. A Google search brought me to another store to hear a sound sample.
Delivery was very good. We were able to track our package until we received it at home.
Very satisfied. Made in USA was mandatory for us.

Almost great job!
The clock I ordered came as expected, no complaints there. I took off one star for two reasons. First is bad communication, I never received any response to my e-mail. Second reason is the fact that my clock was shipped out of the US, information that was nowhere to be found on the website. This business presents itself as a Canadian company. As to the product, it's in perfect order and works just fine.

Beautiful clock! Wonderful addition to our living room. Came extremely well packaged and very easy instructions to install and start up. Clock arrived before delivery date too! Highly recommend Grandfather Clock Canada!

What a professional experience
What a professional experience! Even after ordering the wrong clock they let us cancel immediately and order the correct clock. The new clock arrived promptly and well packaged. The clock itself was beautiful and a sight to see. I would have no hesitation using Grandfather clock once again.
