What a scam! I ordered a Christmas wreath and received 2 cheap looking bits of junk.....they have blocked my ability to communicate with them by email. I wish I had read the reviews first!

No delivery. Poor contact and service. Working with robots is not useful nor helpful. Just make sure you deliver.

Scam!! Ordered clock from Grandado. Bank promptly sends me Fraud Urgent msg. Blocked my card, next day Grandado inform me they’re out of stock say yes to a $29 voucher original purchase $19.39, go onto their site to find the same clock for $48.39. Go to their customer support page & they want $1 (card no.) to talk to an expert. Only my card is blocked. Buyer beware

I bought something beginning of December and did not look the reviews before... The tracking number they provided me belongs to someone else so the parcel can not be delivered to me. I have seen a lot reviews here of people not getting their packages wich leads me to believe this is a scam. I finally got them saying they will refund my money so I need to wait and see if it actually happen. I found the same product on ebay for half price. Don't buy from them!

Production disruption is not clear. Delivery details only after payment (25 to 35 days).

Ordered a SET of posters and I only got 1, $50 for 1 poster is ridiculous and if I had of known that it was all I was getting there would be no way I would have brought it, False advertising. Set definition, countable noun. 'A set of things is a number of things that belong together or that are thought of as a group' so a set is more than 1

I ordered a drum set beginning of December for my daughter as a gift from Santa. I received an email a few days before Christmas my package was lost, given a 10% discount even though I paid extra for it to arrive on time and told it would be another 2-6 weeks. I received a second email a week ago my package was lost again and would be another 2-6 weeks… not sure how this happens twice making me believe I’m not getting a package at all and my money was taken. At this point I asked for my money back and told in 2 business days it would be back on my card. It’s been 4 business days and no return of my money and zero communication after explaining I have not gotten my money back. Be careful with this company I will NEVER order from here again and make sure everyone I know doesn’t as well!

So I ordered a shift knob for my car. First of all the product comes in very cheap and the writing on it is not level, it’s slanted. Not really a big concern I guess but then it doesn’t fit. With that I try to return it. The lady I communicate with says, “you can keep the product and we will refund you 40% of ur money”. This is not going to work. I don’t need the product i can’t use it anyways. I want my money back. So then she offers me a full refund and to keep product. She tells me it will hit my account in 3 days. Never doesn’t. So a week or so later I say hey still not in my account. She keeps saying that it was deposited it’s in there. It’s not and a month later it still never got to my account. Seems wrong to me. I would save your time and money and order from somewhere else.

Thieves. Take the money and don't ship products. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!

Unfortunately our package could'nt be delivered and was at a pick-up centre. We hadn't recieved an email about thta so out package was send back tot it's origin.

When I contacted Grandado about it, they assisted me right away and made a delivery with my ordered stuff. Very nice.

A very helpful company. Even when the fault isn't theirs.

I ordered 50 pieces of tattoo stencil sheets, only received 6, the website support doesnt work, there is no place to send complaint, the online chat doesnt work, poorer online experience ever, like honestly, I have never had an experience as bad as this before.... I proved that cheap can be very expensive 09/01/2023.

Product exact zoals op de site aangegeven. Ik had de leuke retro helm besteld, ik kreeg een mailtje dat hij rond 26 januari '23 bezorgd zou worden maar hij kwam de 10de al binnen. Hij is leuk, wel een beetje te groot (helaas maar 1 maat) maar met een helmverkleiner top, ik ben er helemaal blij mee.

Product is shipped from china but at European rates. Customer service when I wanted to return was not to bad as 60% of sales price was refunded.

The site misleads users with wrong photos, description and information. I have ordered Electric Airpump but what I got is valve. They have added some 10 pics in the product description with Airpump, Pipe, electric connection pics etc., showing voltage of airpump and giving all other details. At the end the product delivered is a valve. So misleading just to cheat and take money. Worst site.

The same item is elsewhere 17 euro cheaper

Pretty cool, would buy product again.
