Amazing return process
We received the faucet after a week and it was beautiful but we didn’t have the patience to wait for a week and ordered another faucet from another company. So I wanted to return the faucet and it was the best return experience!

Item is damaged
Delivery was great but the item I ordered for my son's physio sessions is defective so prity gutted have now bought from else where.
They got in touch quickly to resolve it and was all sorted, would definitely reccomemded

Complaint not answered
I ordered an
anti straling binaural oortelefoon stereo microfoon hoofdtelefoon met universal 3.5Mm noise cancelling air tube akoestische oordopjes
at the 5th of December 2023. Got it about 5 weeks later.
It is not working anymore after just a few weeks if using. Couldn't get in touch with the customer service via

Got a daemon mail delivery.
That's pretty annoying. Can't use the product anymore.

I still haven't received my order after several months.
Months passed and my order still never arrived. I first contacted customer care twice, but I never heard back. When I attempted to contact customer care via PayPal for the third time after weeks and weeks had passed without getting my order, I was met with the most inadequate email, which advised me to "wait a little longer for my order." I waited a bit longer and how i already assumed my item never arrived, even though I felt that this was definitely not the reaction I had hoped to hear. I reached out to customer support once more to inform them that there was still no parcel. I assume that my package was lost because I have never had to wait this long for one to arrive, but customer support did little to address the situation.
