I ordered a belt for larger sizes which was absolutely ridiculous. I asked for XXL in size for larger person and got one that's about a M it didn't come anywhere near my waist size. I am Australia size 16-18. Lucky if this belt fit a size 14 Australian.
Delivery takes a while too.
I'm over ordering on line.

Ordered an original charger with a…
Ordered an original charger with a spare cable thinking it was neat to find a slightly older product that fits my old phone. Got sent a cheap of 3rd party charger and a different cable. When contacted the costumer service they, I basically got told that they're sorry that I felt like it was wrong. When I pressed the issue they sent me evidence that both products were the same as they're both made in China. What absolute poppycock!
Should have read the Trustpilot reviews, definitely a nicely fronted scam company that'll keep pushing with their lies so that they don't have to make a full refund and pay for return postage like any respectable company would.

No reply to request for refund
I ordered a product and paid. Tracked shipping, although an option, was not available. I received an email saying that the product had "gone missing at the postal company" and that "the product ordered is no longer available". Despite sending several emails requesting a refund, I never received any reply. Luckily I used PayPal and they issued a refund. There are several ways to interpret what happened, but however you look at it, not replying to emails and effectively ghosting a customer is not good.
UPDATE: Despite the reply, nobody has been in touch and no solution has been offered.

Do not trust this company. I ordered some silicone earbud replacements. They never confirmed the purchase by email, took the payment and I have heard nothing from them since. A complete fraud, beware.

I ordered some dog grooming scissors…
I ordered some dog grooming scissors meant to be by the brand Purple Dragon. I chose them as they were recommended online. They took a long time to arrive and when they got here they had a different brand name 'Aqiabi.' The scissors are blunt and struggle to get through my dog's fur (cockapoo), and it usually takes 3 attempts to trim each piece of fur. On the second use, the screw fell out the middle of the scissors, causing them to fall apart. Grandado's return policy is that you have to return an item unused and in its original packaging, and their return address is Hong Kong, so not very helpful.

Everything was wrong with my order
I ordered LED lamps 5-6 volts with special bajonet fitting and received after a very long time old-fashioned lightbulbs for 12 volt at the price of LED lamps. Poor product, poorly packaged and in no ways what I ordered. Murphy's law or is it just a hoax? Very disapointing.
