Lesson learnt, stay away!
Bought a new game from their site and it arrived unwrapped with a sticker on the box. They would not reply to emails. Terrible company and would not buy again.

Instantly took my money and said the game would be with me within 3-5 working days. Alas it's been 5 working days and no game.
No dispatch email. Had no reply from email I sent 5 days ago. Had no reply on Facebook messenger. Went into local store and they said it has nothing to do with them as they operate seperately. Gave me a number for their head office. Called over 20 times now, I can never get through. Always get told by the answering machine that it's full so I can't even leave a message. My order number I received doesn't work, it always shows as the order not being found.
What's even more of a joke is the game I purchased which was offered as 3-5 day delivery is now being offered as next day delivery????? So where the hell is my copy?

Paid though PayPal so have had no choice but to request a refund through PayPal themselves.
Now hearing ALOT of rumours about the company going into administration.
Trust the reviews on trustpilot and avoid this pathetic excuse for a company and buy elsewhere.

Having contacted Grainger, they eventually explained that their website orders are fulfilled using returns from their physical stores.
Essentially I'm waiting for my order to be returned to them before they can post it to me.

As per others, placed an order money taken straight away.
No further comms received, no delivery date or confirmation, sent an email and used contact form to get an update........no response from either.

I have sent 2 emails about a problem with a trade in I made, with no response from your contact us now auto email.
I have sent 2 facebook messages and also tweeted them,and got nowhere!
I sent a trade in, It was accepted. £32 of my money cos it was my games sent!
I got an email telling me my order and acct have been accepted and credited, nothing credited to my trade nation acct that I setup for the trade or the grainger games acct I had to setup, because seemingly the trade nation site/acct and grainger games site dont talk to each other!
And I have not even got a reply to my problems, 3 weeks this has been going on now!
The worst thing is I want my store credit to spend on their site,, I will be giving them more of my money!!!

Ordered iPhone on the 8th March with standard 3-5 day delivery.
They took the money straight away.
Yet here I am 10 days later no phone and unable to get a response from the website or Twitter.
Unbelievably bad customer service.
When you read the negative reviews you assume that no company can be that bad and it is just a vocal few airing their grievances but I believe in this case it really is a poor company and would suggest you look elsewhere if possible.

I find it both encouraging and disappointing to read these reviews, encouraging in the sense that other people are having the same issues as me and its not isolated but disappointed because reading all these reviews I have to ask... when the bloody hell am I gonna get my phone
Purchased an iPhone X on the 7th of march, took my money straight out of my card.. 2 days pass by... not even a dispatch note... 4 days pass by.. still nothing... email them they say "oh your on standard delivery.. give it 5 working days!" 6 working days pass by... nothing.. email them.. they reply "5 working days is more of a guideline but, its getting delivered to our warehouse tomorrow." 10 days on.. now they are completely ignoring me.. I feel like the stalker of Grainger games.. I have emailed them.. used the contact us section on their website, tweeted them, facebook messaged them.. called a local store (who told me to call HQ) no one answers at HQ... mean while they are still putting up new ads on there facebook but no answering mail.

How can a product run out of stock when I already paid for it?
I ordered an iPad air 2 with at least 5 in stock. No word on its delivery or processing until today, where i have been emailed to say they have ran out of stock of the product i had already paid for. this is ridiculous to me and i will definitely not be ordering anything off the website again.

I sent some games over on Monday 12th March using their 48 hour delivery service and also messaged them about a related issue on the same day using their online form and facebook messenger in which they claim to reply within 48 hours and received no reply.
I have no idea if they have my games and no idea about the answer to my question, will definitely not be using Grainger Games ever again.

Edit: Called them 58 times on Friday and finally managed to get through, they processed the games and answered my question, I have now used the credit to order a game from them...I'm not holding my breath for the 3-5 working day delivery time.

Ordered myself and my son iPhone 8+ On 05/03 mine on O2 as I use giffgaff and my sons unlocked as he is on a new Virgin sim so only able to use unlocked or virgin
Money was out of my account the next day and my phone was delivered 2 days later however my sons phone that he has saved for with his Xmas & birthday money is still being processed and l am left trying to explain to a 15 year old why after 2 weeks he still has no phone and no money.
Sent 2 messages through contacts page so far with NO Replies my email & phone number are both included on the form so I cannot see any excuse for this kind of customer neglect.
Update after 10 days and 3 emails amazingly the day after leaving this review I received an email to say my phone had been dispatched still no apology for the delay timing seems very convenient so will update again if it gets delivered.
Poor service
Ordered Mario + Rabbids GG18030956270-C7-L from the Grainger Games website as they were selling pre-owned for a reasonable price. Sadly when the parcel arrived and I opened the box, there was no game to be seen. I had an empty case. After trying to contact the company both through their website and via email, I have had zero response. I am now reduced to writing negative reviews until I receive an answer.
Update: Problem eventually resolved. Replacement sent after two more emails.
Online service poor
I previously held Grainger in fairly high esteem due to the friendly culture I experienced in-store and a genuine feeling that the staff wanted to do what's best for the customer. Unfortunately, I feel that this good, personal experience in store is very much different from the online service.
I ordered an iPad from this website a week ago now (Thurs 8th March), and the delivery time was standard - 3-5 business days. I got no notification that my order was dispatched, so I emailed on Saturday to chase this and got a response on Monday that it hadn't been dispatched yet, but would be delivered to me on Wednesday (14th March).
Needless to say, it is Thursday morning, the post has been, and the iPad is nowhere in sight. I have emailed again to chase this, and ask for a tracking number (why isn't this provided anyway?) so that I can see where on earth my item is. Don't trust the 3-5 day delivery claimed - it seems that this is completely arbitrary, and a standard that is hardly ever met. It has been 5 days for me now and the item is not arriving today.
The items from Grainger are cheaper than competitors, but the service is poor and the site makes promises on delivery it really doesn't keep.
EDIT: Received a response from the webteam giving me a tracking number for DPD when the website and dispatch notification said it would be royal mail first class, which was confusing. Further, got told that there were problems with DPD last night that means I won't get my item until tomorrow - it would have been nice to know this sooner so I wasn't waiting in all day today! Very disappointed.
Excitement turned to disappointment
I ordered black ops 3 pre-owned on ps4 from the site on thursday and it finally arrived which i was excited to get back in to. My excitement was quickly dashed as soon as i grabbed the case and heard the disc moving inside so i opened up the case to the disc not even being in the case properly which wouldn't of been that bad if the disc even worked. What a sad day in grimsby. I might not use grainger games again because this was upsetting and disappointing

I need not have worried though as my iphone arrived with no issues. Condition was mint as described and delivery wasnt bad either - ordered on Thursday morning and arrived on Tuesday - that was with standard free delivery.
I'm very happy and would use again - especially at the price I paid !
Average shopping experience
Average shopping experience I really only shop at grainger games because they usually have items in store that I can’t find anywhere else ! The prices are okay and they tend to focus more on merchandise and pop vinyls in my local store ..however if your lucky u can come across chase pops
No returns
Purchased a game that when I got home found was a duplicate. Tried to return to be told I couldn't return it I could exchange or get a credit note. Staff member was very blunt and then another staff member got involved when I questioned the policy. Made a complaint and just got regulations thrown at me and that they were within the rules to not return an unused unpackaged item. I have never been to a store that implies this policy. Do not buy gifts from here.

I'm not sure what to think at this moment. I ordered a phone with them last Thursday and the money came straight out of my bank. However the status on the website still says "processing".
I have sent 2 messages via the contact us option on the website and have still not received a reply.
I will change my star rating accordingly when/if I get a reply and receive my order.
