Hi Lewis.

There is only 1 order with next day delivery from a Lewis. If this is the correct order then you purchased the mystery box.

Had you read the terms of sale on the listing you would have seen that it states

"- Boxes will not be shipped until all sell out. Once they have sold out your order with ship within 5 working days."

They sold out last Tuesday or Wednesday, I cannot recall exactly which means as per the terms and condition we will ship your items within 5 working days which is 7 calender days, that means we have until today or tomorrow to post your item.

Your items were posted yesterday and delivered today. Therefore nothing is late and had you read the terms of sale you would know that.

You have stated that you have sent us several emails however i cannot see any such emails. Furthermore I see no messages on facebook despite the fact you have stated you have reached out.

I have reviewed instagram and there are number of such messages however none from a Lewis though I would assume one of these message is from you. We do apologise we never replied to your message but I dont really check the instagram messages as we dont get many messages through this platform.

Nevertheless I will again point you to the terms of sale

" Please be patient and if possible please do not message us until the 5 days have passed, Last time we were inundated with update emails and messages, despite explaining they would shipping with 5 working days. If anything you are delaying the process by contacting us prior to the dispatch time line."

We provide you with all the information you need in the terms regarding dispatch and we also ask you not to contact us within this period. You have zero reason to be contacting us for an update prior to the expiration of the period provided to you in the terms.

Once again we have been inundated with these type of messages which makes very little sense when we have already provided all customers with the relevant information regarding dispatch times. Getting 40-50 of these messages just slows down our ability to get the parcels out.

I note we made a post on facebook on Thursday explaining that the items would go out Friday or Monday. We also explain in this post that you may get notification via email when we print the label but this does not mean your item has been dispatched.

I do apologise if we never got back to you however our actions are within the terms provided to you. Had you read the terms you would know that your item is not late and you along with the other next day delivery customers are the first to get there boxes today.

In future we ask you please read the terms of sale we will always provided you with the information you need.

Hi,

Perhaps it would have been better to email us like a regular person rather than leave a random bad review.

The tracking RY270923890GB (which you have been provided with shows that the item was attempted to be delivered on 24/09 but no one was in, a note was left)

Your second order - RY270923890GB - Shows again 09/10 attempted deliver no one in. Please contact your local courier with the notes that have been left.
