Friendly Service, great products

Great Customer Service!

I got introduced to the company via Groupon in 2015. I got both Groupon deals for the small and large prints. I placed the order around the same time but the prints arrived in different shipments. I had a flood at my place in Nov 2015 and had to get everything moved out quick (and was displaced for a month) . I only realized last month (Oct 2016) I was missing a shipment. I was notified of the shipment but I never received it. I contacted Graff.io almost 11 months after their shipment and they have been nothing but great at replacing my order! You can't beat this awesome customer service. I have gotten other orders from them in-between and have never had issues getting my orders. They have their customer's back!

Above and beyond

After I managed to order my prints incorrectly, so didn't receive what I expected, the Graff.io team were super understanding and helpful beyond what was necessary. I was surprised to get such quick and genuine responses to my emails. It can often be quite disconcerting ordering something from the other side of the world but I would highly recommend this company. They seem to genuinely want their customers to be satisfied with their product. Thank you :)

Customer service

My print was not delivered on time. I understand that these things happen from time to time. I was in contact with Naima and she assured me a new print would be sent out ASAP. We all know that errors occur when shipping things, especially overseas. I believe that the merit of a company is on how they handle theses errors. I wanted to thank you for your exceptional customer service. It’s extremely rare to experience such exceptional customer service this day and age. Hats off to you and your team.

Things Happen

I purchased a print from Graff.io and it was damaged in route. The customer service department was quite responsive and sent out another print. That print got lost in the mail. Again, the customer services department was responsive and sent out another print. Things happen. I was particularly impressed with Graff.io's attention to my concerns with timely emails and willingness to resolve my problems as promptly as possible. I would recommend using Graff.io, if only to trust that your purchase will be done right, or corrected in a timely fashion.

Exceptional Customer Service

I was unfortunate enough to have part of my purchases lost in shipping and the staff at Graff.io were very helpful in resolving the situation and replaced the prints that were not delivered. This to me represents exceptional service from a small company and I look forward to continuing business with them in the future.
I would strongly recommend Graff.io for those special one-off prints.

Simply phenomenal

This is a truly wonderful company, that I would highly recommend to any interested buyers.

The product is beautiful, with each print framed in a color and style of your choice. The prints look great, with vivid coloring. The quality is very good, and each print comes with its own certificate, numbered out of 500.

I ordered 5 prints, and none of them disappointed. I will certainly peruse the product line-up again, in hopes of ordering some new prints in the future.

The shipping time is very reasonable, especially when considering they came to me in Canada, from the UK.

The staff are wonderful to deal with. The customer service is second to none. I received my second order, and to my dismay, one of the frames was broken in one corner, through no fault of their own (it was opened and inspected at customs, and I expect, not packaged back up properly before being sent on to me). I sent an email to the customer service team, inquiring how I would go about ordering a new frame to replace the broken one. Even though they had nothing to do with it being damaged, they sent me out a brand new print, completely free of charge. I couldn't have been more impressed, and it left me feeling very valued.

I spoke with Rae, and she was truly a delight. The replies were very prompt, extremely courteous, and genuinely friendly. I wish more businesses were operated in this manner.

Graff, it was a pleasure ordering from you, and I will again in the near future. I sincerely thank you for your kind and genuine efforts.

Customer Service That Goes the Extra Mile

I had issues applying my promotion code to my order due to the time zone (Code was set to expire the date I used it). After putting together my collage, at about 6pm PST and applying the code, I received an error that the code was expired!

I contacted Mezoo's/Graff's customer service via email to see if there was anything they could do to allow me to still apply the code still due to the time zone difference.

I received a prompt response from a rep named Naima.
Naima re-instated my promotion codes and advised me she had extended the codes to give me additional time to create and order the collages. I had no issues creating them and sent an email to advise Naima that the codes were redeemed successfully!

Naima followed up with me and confirmed that the orders were successfully received on their end and that they would follow up again once the orders were shipped.

Thank you Naima and Graff team for going the extra mile in your customer service department. Customer Service as such is what will keep me a customer and I will definitely be referring friends and family!!

Can't wait to receive the finish products!!

Awesome Customer Service

I had an interesting situation, where in the time that the delivery was sent from the UK to Australia, my office situation changed, which meant that the order didn't get delivered.

The Graff Customer Service was 2nd to none, & really took ownership of ensuring that I had a satisfactory outcome.

Rae Collins was amazingly helpful.

In my opinion, good customer service is so important, & Rae demonstrates all the attributes of a great customer service person.

Wonderful Company

I bought this as a gift for my brother-in-law. He loves Gambit and rarely do I find anything with Gambit on it. I was SO excited when I saw the groupon for this print. I ordered it and it does take a while to be shipped but the company kept me in the loop by emailing me to let me know when it would be shipped. Once I received the print, I understood why it took a little longer. It looks amazing! I will order from this company again and again as I was incredibly impressed.

Wonderful service!

The customer service staff went above and beyond to help me with my query. They were friendly, helpful and nothing was no bother. I love the items they sell and even made more purchases in addition to the vouchers I had purchased. Such a great company, they may be a small company but they more than make up for it with their service and products. Will definitely buy from again in the future.

Wonderful customer service

I had an issue with my voucher and after contacting the company, it was immediately fixed. The response time was so quick, it almost felt like I was on a phone call, instead of by email. Rockstars in Customer Service

I cannot speak highly enough of the Graffio customer service team. Rae has completely exceeded our expectations and helped us process our order without a hitch. Honestly we couldn't have done it without Rae's help. The entire team has been very responsive and incredibly helpful. Great Design, Great job from il Graff.Io: close to the customer satisfaction!

Actually I did 8 different orders, then I ordered one more!
I waited a bit until the delivery, but the wait was worth it because all items are really beautiful, great design and good materials.
But what I would like to highlight is the extreme attention the Graff.io and all the people who work there put into the site: they are very "attentive to customer satisfaction, quick response, decisive and satisfactory".
