I feel like this is one of those companies that lure you in with a tempting cost then knock you down significantly once you've sent it, and I don't trust companies who operte with that lack of integrity.

Simple and fast process
Simple and fast process. Very happy with service. I did request a free postage bag which was sent promptly however it was a thin bag and some bubble wrap. I used my own padded Jiffy bag for the safety of the device I was returning. Perhaps improve the quality of the postage bag; I wouldn’t mind paying for it.
I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for my time providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive. My order ID is GMB277014.

Terrible service and quote
I tried selling 2 phone, and even after emailing several times 10 days later i still haven’t received the paperwork or packaging for one off them!
The one i did receive the paperwork for they quoted me £115 for they offered me £30 as the battery was about 5% less then what they wanted, they said there were marks on the front and back of it, even though i had photos of it before i sent it away showing no marks on it, so when i refused it and asked for it to be sent back they asked what i wanted for it i just said £60 and they agreed straight away, so it was obviously worth a lot more than they offered but were just trying to rip me off, how many other customers have they done this to and they have just taken the first offer?
Certainly not a company i would trust again!!

Started off well and went down hill from there….
After filling in a questionnaire and being quoted a price, I quickly received a pre paid label and packaging. I send it off and the item arrived quickly, that’s where things stopped being so good.
I was then offered a price nearly £200 cheaper than the original offer. I refused this and countered offered, they then increased the offer by £70 and I either had to have it send back or accept. I was on holiday at the time so decided to accept but won’t be using them again.
