Made an order and they have taken my money over 2 weeks ago. Order still just says placed and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. Will be contacting my bank ASAP.

Absolutely shocking. Been 12 days. Took payment. Ignored my emails. Don’t shop with this company. Please stay away as it’s all a fake to get you drawn in and cause you a financial loss. I’ve emails 6 times at least and still no real answer to my question but. When shop app captured your payment we will send your items. Yet the payment is taken and processed by the merchant.

Nearly a week ago, I placed an order with this company and paid for fast shipping to ensure that my products will be dispatched the next day. Days pass with no confirmation, and I keep emailing them to enquire about the progress of my order but never get a response. After 4 days with no response, they eventually sent me an email to confirm that they will send my order the next day. Wait around for confirmation and of course still nothing has been sent out. Fortunately, I'm getting a reimbursement from my banking society for my purchase. This company should never conduct business because it lacks professionalism and accountability. Thus, kindly spare yourself the time and money and stay away from this company like the plague.

Waited a month for my order when I paid for next day delivery and the company doesn’t respond to any emails or messages on social media. Only sent the parcel when I had got the bank involved. Don’t buy from these!!!! They wait to see whether you will escalate it. Scam, scam, scam!

Scam scam scam, avoid like plague pls..I ordered few Pokémon booster packs for my son's birthday, never arrived, called them and emailed them several times...no response at all. Avoid like plague please.

Absolutely horrible company

AVOID - Scam website that doesn't ship orders or answer any attempts to communicate. My bank kindly stepped in and refunded me, please don't make the same mistake!

6 weeks ago, I received a Super Mario collectors tin from Graded Cards. Their communication and service from ordering the item to receiving it was very good. They asked that when I received my item (which was for my 7 year old grandson) if I could leave a review on Trust Pilot, screenshot it and email it to them and they would send out some freebie cards, which I did, they replied and said they would send the cards the next day. 6 weeks later still nothing has arrived, and despite countless emails they have just ignored them.
All they wanted was good feed back, which I now regret giving this shoddy company.
I would avoid them and I definitely would not recommend to anyone else

STAY CLEAR
Useless will not respond to me I have taken court proceedings now. Hopefully that will get a response from these crooks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My partner is a massive fan of Jurassic Park and found out from a friend at work about the 30th Anniversary Trading Card Collection for Pannini. As it was her birthday coning up I decided to get her started, but as she was starting late I wanted to get the mega bundle to give her a good start. After much searching I found this at gradedcard.co.uk and decided to purchase them. I didn't have long as her birthday was only a few days away. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. She was so surprised and over the moon with them. I will have no hesitation with using this company again in the future!
