If I could give zero stars, I would. My order took 2.5 weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the wrong item. Despite providing clear photos showing the mistake, it took five days of back-and-forth emails to get a refund. The seller repeatedly insisted it was just the lighting and kept pushing for an exchange instead of acknowledging the error. It wasn’t until I referenced their own return policy that they finally agreed to process the refund, after initially going against the very policy they advertise. I will never buy from Gracy Jewelry again.
