Ordered products never received them tried to contact them and had no reply really would not recommend them at all

Not even received my order , I placed a order on 2nd July still not received nothing I've sent 5 emails and nothing .

It's been well over a week since i placed my melts order! I have contacted the seller numerous times and had no luck! And i still haven't recieved my order!

Haven’t received my order and I am not getting a reply from her.

Ordered on 11th May and of course payed for the first class delivery as this was the only option provided. It’s now 8th June and my order has not arrived and I have attempted to contact via Instagram but had no response. Will try contacting again and will be requesting a full refund. Really disappointed.

I ordered on 26th and 27th April from Gracie-Rose Melts and have never received my orders, despite numerous emails and messages via Facebook & Instagram have still not got the issue resolved. I see from reviews I am among quite a lot of other people with the same issue. I too was a returning customer having bought quite a few times before, the products are actually amazing, shame the company customer service is not so good!

I ordered from this company on 4th march 2021 have not received my order I’ve emailed , sent messages in what’s app , called on number provided but still nothing also snap chat, face book and insta gram , please do not order from this Gracie rose melts company the woman is a joke Baillie rose tappenden you are a joke , I’m taking this further

My girlfriend ordered from here back in late February or early March and never got her order. We're now going to have to go through the bank to get a refund. All of their social media accounts stopped posting in early March, I suspect they've stopped trading but are just keeping hold of people's money! Avoid.

The smells are absolutely unreal, my whole house is smelling beautiful and of my favourite perfume and it lasts for hours, never been so happy will definitely be a returning customer🤩🤩🤩

My order never came despite contacting you via email, messenger and Instagram. Really disappointing and caused me a lot of hassle as I've had to dispute it with my bank and claim back the money spent. I'm even more disappointed because I bought from you at Christmas, it came so quickly and I loved the products. Avoid buying from her as you will just lose your money and never receive the product! Someone reached out to me on Instagram after seeing my comment and said the same thing has happened to them and they cancelled through PayPal (I see there's a similar review below but they gave it 5 stars, not sure why?) Just avoid!

I ordered 3 different scents from Gracie Rose and also received a beautiful bar as a Christmas present. I cannot believe how amazing the house smells when I am burning them, they last so long and look stunning in the burner. Beautifully packaged and amazing price. Give them a go, guarantee you will be hooked.

I am so obsessed with Gracie Rose wax melts. They smell so good. As soon as they arrived I could not wait to use them. Packaging is so pretty and the glitter is beautiful. You can see a lot of love has gone into them 💕. I will definitely be a regular customer. Just ordered some more 😍
