Product received not what was advertised

I ordered what was advertised as Women’s Cat Knitted Sweater. Received it today. It is not knitted and not a sweater, it’s more like a sweatshirt without the fleecy backing. It’s a printed, thin synthetic material with no label to say what it is and obviously no care instructions. I consider this false advertising. It also comes from China—would not have purchased if I had known. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I Bought 5 shirts from them 2xl. They fit like a large. I asked them if they can send me a bigger size and I would send mine back to them. They told me to just give them as presents to other people and all they would do would is give me 20 percent off my next purchase. What a joke your company is. Quality of shirt was garbage too. Warning anyone out there. If you buy you will be disappointed. I wish I could give this company 0 stars but it didn’t have that. Also they do not give you a phone number to call them. Maybe going Bankrupt is your goal for your company.

Cheap Chinese products

Cheap printing, you can see through it. Cheap shirt, you can see through it. Took over a month to deliver. Made in China. Do not buy here!

I have no tracking number and I can't…

I have no tracking number and I can't seem to get the customer service website. so I am on here to say that I ordered two tops for breast cancer awareness month and I received an email saying it shipped but have not received anything. These were gifts for breast cancer survivors. The month is half over so where are they?

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! They sent the wrong shirt so I asked them if they would send the shirt I wanted then I would be happy with that and I would return the wrong shirt they sent. I have heard nothing from them.

Scam company

I ordered two shirts and a cap on 09/17/25 website says with be processed within 3 to 5 days . After a sent a message on 10/8/25 which was 21 days later they said it was shipped on 10/08/25 It still has not arrived. tracking number says it was finally transported to a local carrier. If I would have no this was coming from China. I wouldn't have made the order, I even sent another message on 10/08/25 to cancel, but company would not except message'

I placed an order with this company and…

I placed an order with this company and have been met with nothing but frustration. Their “customer service” repeatedly sends the exact same canned response claiming my package is “detained at customs” and promising a replacement, but they never provide any real tracking information or proof of shipment.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no resolution. Their communication feels automated and evasive, and after researching online I’ve seen many similar complaints suggesting possible fraudulent activity.

I strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company. The customer service is terrible, unhelpful, and misleading. I am in the process of contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

I purchased a "denim sweatshirt " from this company and it was NOT denim but some other material that is thin. I have emailed several times and the reply is always " can you tell us what the issue is". I send my reply but still have not heard from anyone.

Terrible Quality

Product to 3 weeks to arrive. Bought a t-shirt and a hat. JUNK!! T-shirt is so thin, it's see through. Baseball hat is not material, but almost like a real thin plastic like material. Would cost more to return than the purchase price. I WILL NOT PIRCHASE AGAIN FROM GRACESTITCHES. Buyer beware!!

Fraud Consumer beware!

Their 2nd rate delivery people UNIUNI state on the tracking that is was a failed delivery attempt on August 10, 2025 due to wrong address! B.S. I was here all day and have 3 cameras that will show they never attempted delivery, and the address they have is 100% correct. I have never in over 10 years had an issue with delivery prior to this scam. I want my product I purchased or my money back from these thieving pieces of trash!
