I wish I could give 0 star. I too got scammed last year. The story is fake, and the bags are made of PU, not leather they claim on the website. Be aware.

Misled by a Facebook page disguised as Home Depot. Charges keep appearing on my credit card. Company name was "allowbags.com" Total scam .

Bought backpack and the centrally placed strap ring broke after a month. Simultaneously the buckle screws fell out and thus the bag is unable to be secured.

Same story as everyone else. Got conned by retirement story but they are still operating 1 year later! A part continuously unscrews and then the strap falls off, since receiving the bag. Last time I lost it though so reached out for a spare part and after immediate response, they have gone radio silent.
Agree with other comments. Thin straps, poor quality, looks different on their website, and obviously a con because they are not retiring!

The purse is pretty, but the straps are thin, and the material is cheap. Not long after purchasing it, a strap broke. I took it to the repair shop. The next day another strap broke. I’m stuck with an overpriced, broken purse that I cannot use because I do not want to have it repaired again. Do NOT buy any of their products. Their commercials looked so nice, and they said they were having a going-out-of-business sale. Shame on them for lies, and shame on me for not investigating it further before buying.

These bags are mostly made from fake leather. PU etc.

They are sold on Temu! Based in China. I've had some really nice handbags from Aliexpress and Temu. Just watch for the shipping costs on Aliexpress.
Temu use Clearpay and Klarna. I will only use sellers who use Klarna and Clearpay. I won't even use PayPal.
Always check to make sure they use a good financial system. If they take only use credit card, debit card, and PayPal, stay well clear. There's a lovely bag. £70 on their website. On Temu it's £7.99!
And Temu give you plenty of time for free returns using Evri.

Appear to now be operating Berkleather.com. Same exact website and purses, same return policy. It would cost approx a hundred dollars to return item to China.
I ordered my purses from Graces. Pieces of crap. Faux leather, lousy finishing touches. Crappy customer service, shall I go on?
My credit card company backed me on this. Would have been out a lot of money otherwise.

This is a complete con with poor quality bags from China. It has reappeared as Berk Bags, same story about retirement etc. but it's not a story with a happy ending for anyone who believes they will get a quality bag. The 4 or 5 star comments are almost certainly fraudulent just like Grace and her chums. Avoid or be prepared to be disappointed.

I ordered two bags (~$70) before checking reviews. Once I did, I tried to cancel. Grace's acted like they hadn't received the cancellation. I tried to get my bank and the credit card company to freeze the transaction. Neither attempt worked. I kept writing Grace's, asking for my money back--no reply. When I received the merchandise, I returned the merchandise, requesting my money back again. The shipping address was through a second party, so I had no address to cite in my complaint. I lost my money. I recently saw they were trying the same scam in advertising a slightly different product but with the same story--woman artisan retiring, great sale on remainders—on a reputable site. I hated to think of it being associated with a rip-off scam, but it, like me, mislaid trust.

THE WORST!!! first of all there is NO Grace, then the picture is not the real sizing. Then the "leather" is plastic VEGAN leather" lol. really.... Then I wore it ONE time and the stitches ripped open. They wanted $30. to return the 2 bags.

This company has a Facebook ad that advertises false information and fraudulent products. The ad states family own business that makes genuine LEATHER handbags and all of that is false. I received fake leather bags. I emailed LG EXPRESS for return and refund. They replied saying the shipping is too expensive for me to return and they will credit me 20% and keep the bags. Then 40% credit when I refused. When I threatened to file a complaint with the CFPB and PAYPAL, they offered 60%, then 80%. NO. I looked online and saw numerous complaints about the FB AD on Trust Pilot and other Google review sites. Facebook refuses to close down this ad or the Grace Bags Profile page. There's also YouTube videos - GRACE BAGS - SCAM OR LEGIT that I found after the fact of being scammed that warns people about this scam company.

THIS COMPANY STOLE $312.62 FROM ME. AND PAYPAL DECLINED MY 3 COMPLAINTS WITHOUT EVER INVESTIGATING ALL THE EVIDENCE I SENT THEM.

I don’t normally complain. I bought 2 bags. Bag design is poor because the pockets are way too narrow and shallow to store anything significant like my cell phone or pens. But besides that - the craftsman ship and hardware are less than zero. The strap and hardware broke within a couple of months and at $80 per purse it should have lasted much much longer.

Looks like they might have disappeared...website no longer available. I also persisted and eventually got a full refund through my credit card after I returned the bag and they refused delivery!

At least you get SOMETHING. It’s not the best bag, but it’s served me for around 3 months. I would be hesitant to recommend this to others without improvements.

Absolutely disgusting scam. Not handmade not leather a total piece of plastic rubbish. The company wouldn't refund the money I had to claim back on my credit card. DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Order not received

This company is a total scam. The purses are not good quality and come from China. I attempted to change my order and I was told there was nothing they could do even though I contacted them the same day. Do not order from them!

It took a long time for my bag to arrive. I was pleased at 1st because it was exactly what I wanted even though it was obviously not hand made as advertised. I've been using it for several weeks and realized It Is NOT Leather!! It has several areas that have small tears and is leather-like vinyl over a mesh backing. I am terribly disappointed. Not only is it not leather it is not even as durable as the purses I've purchased and carried for years that cost 1/2 as much.
