The quote and pickup service were excellent - very professional and detail oriented

From the pick up, the storage & the delivery to my new address everything went seamlessly. Communication with Peter & planning was exelent. The removal crew were fast & efficient, courteous & polite. Even a little relocation of a few items was no problem. I would definitely recommend Grace Removals to anyone considering moving.

We recently used this removals company and couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

The team arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure everything was properly protected and securely loaded. Even the more fragile and awkward items were moved without any issues.

What really stood out was their attitude—friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel smooth and under control. Communication throughout the day was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it at the new place.

There was no damage, no hidden surprises, and the pricing was fair for the quality of service provided.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removals team. Would definitely use them again.

Loved using this company. In the past, and to save money, we used cheaper companies who had no clue & damaged belongings. GRACE were perfect…pulled our bed apart & put it all back together again, all we had to do was just put clean sheets on! It was wonderful. Thank you to Peter also, you are all brilliant!

Beware of Greace Removalists, they refused to put carpet protection down because they said it’s a trip hazard so they walked mud, dirt and leaves on my beautiful carpet on the stairs, bedroom and lounge room. Would not recommend. Plus they kept an item of mine, left frozen food out to defrost and didn’t unpack.

AVOID GRACE AT ALL COSTS!

I'm very sad to say we had a horrible experience with Grace. A large amount of money was missing from my travel bag ($850), items were carelessly packed (a computer was put in a box without protection), windows were opened and left open in the rain ruining some furniture. Worst of all, despite contacting Grace at least 10 times (including Grace Illawarra, the Grace Sydney team, their NSW Customer Service), they have completely ignored us. Every time we contact them they say they will call us back, and yet no one ever does. Their complete lack of customer service and apparent complete disregard for the distress this has caused has been as upsetting as the initial issue of missing money and damaged items. This is the first negative review I have left online, but feel compelled to share our experience for the good of the community.

I was very disappointed and upset by the service. The packers treated our things with carelessness and disregard, labeled things poorly so it was hard to find them on the new house, left airconditioning running at our old house, left doors open during the rain so our furniture was water damaged. But most upsetting was a valuable item which is now mysteriously missing. I would not have left this review if the company had given us the courtesy of a return call or apology but we've had neither. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years but will not be using Grace ever again

The team arrived promptly in the day of relocation.
The men were excellent in their handling of our goods and furniture. Nothing was too difficult for them.
The off load of our goods were treated in the same manner, excellent, the men placed boxes and furniture in the rooms as directed and nothing was too difficult for them. We were thrilled with all they achieved for us with the pick up and delivery of our goods.

Excellent team approach during a huge home pack-up. Problem solving during the process was excellent. Delivery at destination was also excellent.
