Grace has truly exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. From the initial interaction with the salesperson to the furniture pickups and communication during delivery, their service has been exceptional. We've entrusted them with our moves from Perth to Melbourne and back, and they have consistently delivered outstanding service.
What sets Grace apart is their attention to detail. They not only handled the transportation but also efficiently packed and collected our boxes once we finished unpacking smaller items like clothing and kitchenware.
Their comprehensive insurance options provided us with peace of mind throughout the process. While, on one occasion, some of our furniture suffered transit damage (which can happen), we were impressed by their swift acknowledgment of the issue. They promptly assigned a representative to guide us through the insurance process, ensuring we received a replacement for the damaged item.
One standout feature of Grace is their excellent communication. Their team members consistently kept us informed, a quality that my wife and I truly valued.
In sum, we have had an outstanding experience with Grace and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable moving and relocation company

Couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and professional. Pick up and delivery happened exactly when advised. Delivery of 2nd hand boxes beforehand and offer of collection of those after was definitely not something I expected. Everything arrived undamaged, even stuff I probably could have packaged better. One very happy customer. 😀
