Grace Removals made me pay to move someone else's very large fridge and do not want to offer a refund for that cost.

Dealing with Grace Removals is easy and seamless. Highly professional friendly staff that the company should be very proud of! I highly recommend them.

Pretty much because what was said was done and I selected Grace Removals because of that. I took in other quotes and they might have been cheaper but some quoted hourly rates and they refused to come to the house to have a look. To me it was important that a rep came to the house. Having used Grace successfully before I decided that Grace was the right choice based on the above.
