GrabBars.com provided the finishing touch for our bathroom remodel. As we intend to "Age-In-Place", we removed the builder's molded tub/shower and replaced it with a spacious, curved front, walk-in shower. Using the excellent variety of styles and finishes available from GrabBars.com, we installed a 32" on each end wall, and a 42" on the back wall, all in the peened/brushed finish. We love the look, we love the grip, and WE LOVE GrabBars.com. Truly wonderful people to work with!

My grab bar in dark brown was installed yesterday and I could not be happier. I should have had one installed way before this - utility finally out weighed vanity.

Great product and clear comminication from GrabBars

Love the wave grab bar. It’s a design element rather than a statement of geriatric instability. Bought one for next to the toilet a couple years ago when I had my hip replaced, it was extremely effective. Just bought another for the shower.

Ordered 4 grab bars to install in our shower for safety after I have an upcoming knee replacement surgery. Shipment was fast and very satisfied with the quality and look of the bars. Install was easy with the anchors. Drilling the holes thru thick porcelain tiles was time consuming but bars are rock solid.

As usually, on-line shopping was easy and quick. Delivery is fast. The products are great and easy to install. My wife and I love them. They have made her shoulder surgery and my hip replacement much easier.

This is my second GrabBars.com order. My first order was for 3 GrabBars, (Peened/Brushed) 2 each 24" & 1 each 32". This order was for 2 each 24" (Peened/Bushed).

Both sets of Grab Bars were EXACTLY as I ordered. Their construction, quality and finish are SUPERIOR, TOP NOTCH WORKMANSHIP.

If I should need to order additional Grab Bars I will DEFINATELY order through GrabBars.com. Both orders were immediately shipped. They are exceptionally packaged to preclude any damage in the shipping chain.

I purchased a grab bar from GrabBars.com because I liked the appearance of their product. It is attractive as well as functional and looks more like a decoration than a grab bar. I am pleased with the quality as well as the thorough and clear instructions that came with it. What really blew me away was the customer service. There was a global internet problem at the time of my order and I received both an email and a phone call telling me there would be a slight delay. The delay was only a day and the item arrived very quickly in perfect condition. Many companies I have done business with would not even consider it a delay. An absolute pleasure to do business with GrabBars.com.

I was searching for something different regarding grab bars. I was tired to see the same old basic grab bars. I ordered from this company because they had a unique bar shape available. It is curved, elegant and pretty substantial. Bars are not installed yet but I know it will give my bathroom shower a elegant look onces it is installed. Was shipped in a timely manner. No problems. Highly recommend it.

Made my call placed my order. Customer service was great! My Wave Grab Bar arrived and it’s a beauty, it’s being installed today. I got the wave in chrome and it’s a little fancier than just the plane grab bars.

Easy to order on line. Arrived when expected. Packaged very well so bar arrived intact.

First of all, I bought some thinner bars advertised on GrabBar.com to replace my bulky existing shower grab bars. When they arrived, they were not like the advertised picture and as bulky as what I was trying to replace. Return charges included both shipping charges and a restocking fee! Two months later, I called Jasmine at GrabBar, who was lovely hence the 2 star review, to inquire about my refund. Jasmine said the item was received damaged and that the Email stating this did not go through! The item WAS damaged in her sent photo even though it was packaged exactly as received. I did not get a picture of the box to see if the box was damaged! I spent $191.13 and shipping charges for nothing! Buyer Beware I’m sticking to Amazon! Much better costomer service! If the product was advertised as it truly looks, this never would have happened. It’s not the thin, curvy bar as advertised but an ugly chunk bar!

Arrived in record time. It’s exactly what I expected. And a perfect match to what I already have. Can’t thank you enough. I couldn’t find what I needed in the big box stores but you came to the rescue!

Truly appreciate the quality product and quick delivery. All items were carefully packaged, with NO damage to anything received. Side note, DON'T use the contractor "Bay Grab Bar, Bill Essert" as recommended by GrabBars.

His overhead is outrageous, appalling to senior citizens on a fixed income. I used a REAL licensed contractor for a fraction of Bill's estimate - about $1k for two grab bars and a shower seat. Home Safety Services Inc (888)388-3811 can install their own grab bars and shower seat, or they'll charge you the labor to install the grab bars and shower seat you purchase if it's ADA certified. I purchased my Mom's safety products with GrabBars.com and I'm very pleased.
