Absolute scam

Absolute scam! I used Latest Freestuff for an offer of a m6 Smart Fitness Watch. You pay the postage and then receive nothing! They don’t answer your emails and now reading reviews they just scam you! I complained to Latest Freestuff but they just ignored me too.

It’s a scam!

It’s a scam. I ordered a Silver Crystal Bracelet on 20/4/2023. It’s free but I paid shipping fee of £4.99. But I haven’t received it until today and I received no emails from the company. It’s a scam, don’t waste your money. This company deserves no star.

Update: Until 13 May, I received nothing! This is a scam!

Please stay away. Total scam company.

Placed two orders not realising the scam company this was. One order received and was incorrect - emailed for information on returns - no reply

The other order never received.

Now out of pocket and no reply from the company.

Total scam. Not sure how this is legal to still be operating and in business.

Please save your money and take your business elsewhere.

terrible customer support and products

ordered some gloves that are supposedly meant to be good for arthritis, they arrived and were nothing like the image. The description states, Copper-infused segments, however, they are quite simply just rubber dots glued on. horrible quality and even worse customer service as I'm still waiting to hear back.
paid £4.99 for postage on the site yet the label states they only had to pay £1 to send it out, feel cheated out of something that would supposedly help with the pain. would not recommend at all

What an absolute scam

What an absolute scam. I had to pay £1.50 to Royal mail after paying this company £3.99 postage. I've emailed them 3 times now to try get my postage back. I did get a response saying i would be reimbursed, but this was 2 weeks ago and still nothing.
Avoid buying from this company otherwise you'll end up paying extra for crap items

Waste of money received a sheet of…

Waste of money received a sheet of sticker and a fidget stick(a stick of plastic that does nothing).
Postage was £3.99 they only paid £1.05 meaning I had to pay an extra £3.50 from Royal Mail.
Ordered at the start of November and arrived today 10th Jan.
Not replied on customer services yet but I live in hope as £7.49 is a complete waste of money for items they are valuing at £24.99 before the postage

Truly dreadful experience

Truly dreadful experience. Deserve no stars. No customer service. I received a 'free' teddy bear soap and lip gloss ordered in Nov. Despite paying £3.99 in P&P I had to pay Royal Mail £1.50 for unpaid postage - that's in addition to the £3.99.

Worse still, the packaging from the company (Top Trends Exquisite Gifts Ltd in Bradford) says it only paid 68p for postage! I feel scammed.

Items not worth even the postage

Was told that items are worth £24.99, not even worth the delivery price. Looked up items myself. Not like the pictures at all and you will probably get 2/3 items worth £1 each if you're lucky. Emailed them and had no response.

Not really worth it

This would have been 5* if the grab bags were not a complete joke when I first opened the package I thought they were freebies by the company until I noticed the grab a bag label, firstly these are NOT worth the money I got mine with a discount code meaning I only paid 2.99 per grab a bag (still not worth the 2.99) I can’t imagine how those feel who have paid the ridiculously high full price for these they must feel so disappointed and disheartened, it’s really all cheap crap the phone holder doesn’t even stick on to your phone properly it’s fell off multiple times (I’ve tried many different ones from elsewhere like the poundshop eBay Amazon ranging from £1 to £8 never had this problem) the perfume and aftershave dupes also are not worth the money I’ve had black opium before and smelled sauvage these do not smell similar again I got this and the sauvage both on discount code, none of which smell anything like the actual product it claims to be inspired by the packaging is the only similarity, it’s not worth the crazy full price for such bad dupes never mind the 9.99 per item I paid again the poundshop have better dupes and cheaper I’ve not tried the hand sanitizer yet the nail polish or gps tracker so I’ll update my review on these later , the make ups set and toothpaste I can personally recommend as I’ve tried these when last year via cougar beauty I think grab a bag may have bought off there remaining stock to sell on when the company went bust which I’ll not lie broke my heart so seeing 2 items I’ve bought and loved previously made me happy and if I could rate these separately it would be a 5 star review however my experience with grab a bag can’t be reviewed with the same the products generally seem cheap not well thought out and really quite disappointing the packing was not great either the grab bags were ripped open or unsealed the packaging for the make up and toothpaste set was bashed , can’t speak on the magnetic gloves as they’re not for me, delivery was okay tracking number provided however faster delivery is available if your willing to pay a few quid more, overall I don’t think I’ll buy from here again unless they choose to up the quality of the products, or maybe if they add more items from cougar beauty I’d order these , Grab a bags really are not worth it though and there’s no way with how little you get and the poor quality that they’re worth what they claim they are definitely false advertisement on there behalf
