My experience with company is very poor over the years. They randomly contact me for jobs they think I'll be interested in, when they have little to do with my profession. They'll put me for jobs, then not bother to keep me up to date. Then a while later they'll re contact me again and ask if I'm interested in applying for the same job!! Questionable whether they even remembered they put me forward for the said/same job!? Also, the staff show very little knowledge in the jobs they ask me about. They often make it obvious they haven't even read my CV. Time wasters!!

All in all, I had an extremely positive experience while working for GPW Recruitment.

I applied for a job on a job site, the same day I got a phone call from a consultant, who went into detail about the role and what it entails.
The role sounded ideal for me, so they arranged and sent me for an interview at the company.
The following day, I was offered the role, and started working.

Each week without fail, my wages were paid on time and accurate. I never once had an issue with this in all the time I worked for them. They were always extremely efficient.

If ever I did have any queries, they were dealt with in a timely manner. The consultants were extremely helpful and also treated me with respect.

When I got taken on permanently with the company, the particular consultant who dealt with me all throughout, congratulated me, and gave me a few kind words of encouragement. It was really nice to know that I was appreciated.

In the Recruitment world, this is a rarity, and I feel that a huge majority of recruiters out there could learn a lot from these people- particularly how to treat and speak to candidates.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this recruitment agency for somebody who is looking for work.
