I have canceled my subscription 2 times and 2 times it didn't work. I was charged 34 dollars for nothing. Scum app

I gave this stupid tool several human texts and it detected them all as AI text. I strongly believe that the creator of this tool should be punished because it is causing innocent people to be accused of using AI and many conflicts to arise.

This app is ruining my writing. I've spent years training my academic writing capabilities. I keep getting flagged for LLM use unfairly. My own genuine writing keeps getting flagged. I have to distort my nice sentences and even paragraphs. This is ridiculous, I absolutely hate this app.

It was quite useful until all the humanizing models came. Now, it highlights more than half the text as AI and tells you 2% AI. I don't get it.

Also, there is no one to reach out to for customer service. I want to cancel my service or at least not move forward with it, and it is not at all clear on the website how to actually cancel or modify your subscription. Maybe someone can answer this.

It's fine but while it is scanning it gives annoying "philosophical quotes". I don't want to see the quotes, it's really bad stuff like "how we spend our days is how we spend our lives". I'm really annoyed by these quotes.

Not accurate at all, gave it text straight from ChatGPT 90% human. I am sorry for all the students who got accused by this tool, and even more scared of those who don't study and use AI instead and get away with it. Google Docs integration is great, but not perfect.

Super inaccurate results, my draft was 100% humanly written, yet it was detected as 100% AI. Do not use it to punish due to the lack of accuracy.

My daughter has been using it this year, and this is so far one of the most useless tools I have seen. It takes quotes (required by teachers) and marks them as AI, it takes eloquent sentences and requires them to be brutish and simple. This tool doesn't actually look for writers that know how to write, instead it relies heavily on LLM to "decide" accuracy. it's an oxymoron of a tool. For it to have so many stars can only be bots used by the company to prop up their sad tool.

Wanted to pay for the $12.99 plan thinking it was going to be a monthly payment but it was billed to me in yearly $194. Cancelled it and still it was marking down my usage when using their free option. would not reccomend.

Crappy model, and scam features. I pasted a portion from a New York times bestselling book from 15 years ago. It said the text is 76% AI. What A JOKE. Do not pay for this site, I have read about hundreds being scammed by this site.

No clear way to cancel a subscription. Despite several attempts, GPTZero kept trying to charge my card. I had to go through my bank to block them. Lack of transparency and respect for customers.

This AI detector is not reliable and should not be used at all. It is the worst AI detection tool I have tried. I did not like it because it constantly flags human-written text as AI-generated. It gave inaccurate results and was very frustrating to use. I would not recommend this tool to anyone

the site was initially good, but everything even the messages from my whatsapp are being flagged as ai written. I am recently relying on zerogpt and turnitin if i am scanning for ai content for my site

i hate it because even tho. I dint use any ai and just search in the google some rhyme because of my fluent english its missed treated as a ai

I am still waiting for the day when this tool will give correct results. It's always positive false. No matter what I do. If I write a short paragraph or multiple paragraphs, the result is always same.
Very frustrating experience.

The only thing zero about GPTZero is the customer service. And honestly, it doesn't even seem like they care if they get bad reviews or not. I had many questions, but foolishly signed up anyway and anytime I have questions... crickets.
