Have been using for several years.
I like features it has, very easy to use, great reports, and when there’re issues, service is quick.

Crashes all the time, accurate but not reliable

Very happy with GPS Insight. Great value for what you receive. The only area of improvement I'd like to see is in the routing. Currently can only route 80 job sites at a time, would like the ability to route more,

New to GPS Insight! But so far we are really enjoying the information we are able to keep track out using this program.
The portal is very easy to use and navigate. The customer service is beyond amazing.
We look forward to continuing working with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type service.

GPS Insight is the first vehicle-mounted GPS system I've used, so I dont have much to compare it to, but I'm very happy with it. The phone app allows me to see my coworkers locations and gives me usable data such as route history, speed, mileage, etc. Both the map and satellite views are are very helpful when on the road!

We're very pleased with GPS Insight. It allows us to keep better track of our employees, to track our mileage and fuel expenses, and find gaps in our geographic coverage. We recommend GPS for any business wanting to better manage their road data.

The product is extremely user friendly and any questions or issues are always handled quickly with great customer service.

We have had absolutely no problems with this program. We have had it for many years now, and there was maybe 1 time where we needed something adjusted, and were able to get tech help fairly quickly, and resolved via email. No hassles, it was nice! We used many functions of the program daily, all day long!

Great product works as intended. Support could do a better job of explaining problems found and what they did to correct them. Local sales representatives would also be nice.

The GPS is ok though we have a few that fail and is tough to get new ones sometimes

As a small service company we have used GPS Insight to track 2 of our commercial vehicles for the last 4-5 years. We use the real-time tracking and historical reporting on a daily basis in multiple facets of the business: keeping technicians/drivers accountable; offering peace of mind to owners & management (knowing where company assets are at all times); helping office staff manage daily schedules; tracking job/project duration for billing purposes (and/or resolving customer disputes!). Rarely any problems. Great customer service when needed. Highly Recommended.

Great for keeping track of the trucks but hard to train drivers to sign in. Setting up geo fences works great if your trucks return to the yard everyday
