We ended up grabbing a taxi since we disembarked early and this company uses AI so I couldn’t contact anyone to see about an earlier pickup. I won’t use any company that doesn’t have a human at the other end of the phone.

Hi Valerie, our call center is actually 24/7 and staffed by live people. We use a traditional phone system where you do need to select an option to be routed to a live person. We do not use AI agents.

I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Go Shuttle.
I made an advance booking on April 7th with full payment for a private sedan pickup at JFK Airport Terminal 4, on April 22nd. This booking was for my 17‑year‑old teenager, who was traveling independently for the first time, which made reliability especially critical.
Despite having a confirmed booking, no driver showed up, and there were no messages, calls, or cab details shared at any point. As a result, my daughter was stranded at JFK Airport for several hours, causing significant stress and concern.
When I finally reached Go Shuttle’s customer service, instead of offering support or a solution, they simply canceled the trip—without offering any refund or compensation. There was no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to assist, despite the seriousness of the situation involving a minor.
We were left with no option but to book an Uber at peak pricing, incurring additional cost on top of the already paid Go Shuttle booking, along with the emotional distress caused by this experience.
This level of service is completely unacceptable for a prepaid, advance‑booked airport transfer, especially when marketed as a reliable private sedan service. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using Go Shuttle, particularly for airport pickups or for travelers who require dependable and safe transportation.
