I sent in an application in February…
I sent in an application in February and followed their guidelines. I STILL do not have my passport renewed. Each time they ask for more with conflicting info (upload expired passport/if you upload expired passport you will lose any application fees). RUN! Just go through the normal process with your post office. This is just a money grabbing scam.

Horrible service
I initially applied through this agency in early March. Taking a photo was a joke. With no exaggeration I easily took 30 or more photos and none would work. I ended up paying for a photo through another agency. I checked that I would provide my own photo but they kept throwing the application back saying I needed to provide a photo. I contacted the company by phone and through chat multiple times with no resolution. Then they would not refund me the full charge because it had been more then 7 days. The phone support tried to an extent but not very hard. I finally told them to forget it I would go in person. They kept trying to tell me it would take more time to go through an in person site. In the end I was able to get an appointment with the courthouse within a week, paid for expedited service and received my passport within 3 weeks.
If I could give this agency a negative star review I would. They take your money, provide extremely poor service and don't stand behind their product when push comes to shove! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! It is a waste of time and money.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Web site states $97 for passport. It is a scam. After paying fee for passport I received it half completed. My parents info was not included. Other info missing. You have to go to another place to complete passport and pay additional $200. Requested refund but they were very rude and then hung up on me.

I had to give a star because 0 wasn’t…
I had to give a star because 0 wasn’t an option. I applied for my BC 2/18. It was a NIGHTMARE just trying to verify my identity. They kept sending me off and giving me a run around until I eventually threatened to file a legal complaint. Now fast forward 3 months. I paid for expedited shipping. Was an extra $67! And now got an email stating my package was returned as “undeliverable” though I’ve been home every day greeting the mail lady waiting. It was never attempted to be delivered. And the tracking # they gave me? Says it’s “not trackable”. I asked for a refund for my expedited shipping just to be told that’s not Gov+ fault. Well, it’s not mine either. I paid for a service and if it wasn’t granted, you should give me my $ back for that. I honestly regret ever using this service. I live in IN and could have walked to CA and back and got it faster and cheaper at this point. Big waste of time and money.
