Efficient system

Efficient system. But it blocked the dates I am traveling on ( Leaving South Africa on the 7th June and coming back on the 18th June).

Still awaiting a response 😭😭😭😭

Horrible horrible horrible…….

I am also writing with great dissatisfaction and disappointment that I applied for a visa yesterday and due to change of circumstances I immediately wrote to them to cancel my application today. I asked for a refund as no work has yet been done but they say I can’t be refunded but they take note of my cancellation. I feel robbed and really need help as I feel I have been scammed. How was an agent going to consult me within 5 business days yet cancelling with 24hrs I can’t get any fraction of my money back. Please help 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I have received communication that the second page to the form was not filled in, after I had been told that I cannot be refunded because administrative work may had started hence they can’t refund me???? I have written an email to the support team further raising this point to review my case and consider refunding me. No reply it’s been 2 days now.
