Large food quantities missing

Second box that has had Rotten, and squashed food. Also food missing! Whole chicken portion, and a whole salmon portion!

I like the fact it makes my weekly…

I like the fact it makes my weekly meals easier my disappointment is there's a lot of similar meals and the chicken especially could be better quality with more vegetables, due to this I may consider cancelling my subscription

Great recipes and I’ve learnt how to…

Great recipes and I’ve learnt how to cook quick and tasty food. I previously used Gousto then stopped for a while and I missed it. Not having to think about what food to eat each night is great.

Very convenient.

The ingredients have been of high quality and fresh. The recipes are interesting and very tasty with lots of choice each week. There’s no more throwing food away as you get what you need in each box.

I am really really fed up of my box…

I am really really fed up of my box being left on the front door step in full view…and sun…even though instructions are to deliver to BACK door if not in! How do they know I’m not in as they never ring the bell!

The food is delicious with 5 star…

The food is delicious with 5 star menus. Its easy to follow the recipes and because you cook from scratch its alot more healthier, and its quick to make as well, plus there's no wastage as everything is measured. The potions are perfect as well.

So glad I decided to try Gousto! Love the convenience.

I have been with gousto for 3 weeks now and my husband and I are really enjoying the meals.
The ingredients are excellent quality and it makes it so much easier to cook when you have the step by step guides to preparing each meal. The portions are very generous- and so tasty.
I am also saving money as not having to go to the supermarket each day.
The app is easy to use - and I can track my delivery time within a 1 hour window - which is great.
Boxes are very well packaged and food arrives fresh and cool. So glad I decided to try gousto.

Gousto doesn’t care about the quality of the deliveries

We like the Gousto boxes. For the price we get nice meals what easy to prepare. But… week by week we have problem with the deliveries. Despite every logic and specific request (to deliver to my flat door) my boxes are left in the lobby where anyone can steal it from. More irony: the boxes are usually left under the sign, asking not to leave anything downstairs. Unfortunately my circumstances (disability) doesn’t allow me to go to the ground floor and can’t bring up the box - but in general this is not what the customers pay delivery fee for.
Gousto policy is we have to wait “the box to find its way to my flat”. So for £4 delivery fee we can get walking boxes which find their way to flat. What a bargain…!

Why is it not possible to give minus stars? My box left is left in the lobby again.

I really like the recipes and meals

I really like the recipes and meals. I joined because I received a discount code so it was very good value. I’ve made 3 meals so far and very tasty and simple to make. Not sure at full price I’ll continue because I generally have the majority of store cupboard ingredients already but I do like the variety and inspiration Gousto provides. For example I’m not a big rice eater, however after following one of the Korean recipes which added sesame oil and spinach to the rice I’m now converted! The app is very easy to use and to make amendments to menu and frequency and also the cancel which is very appealing. Nothing worse than signing up to something you then can’t seem to simply pause or cancel. I had one ingredient issue which was rectified very quickly via the app. Overall very happy. My only negative and it’s not a biggie, is each recipe ingredients isnt contained together in a bag, so you do have to u pack and sort through and allocate all the ingredients to each recipe which can be a lot of items to work through. Could Gousto not paper bag each recipe together and just put the refrigerated items in the chilled compartment. Would save a lot of time unpacking when the subscription is supposed to be for convenience and speed. Overall great service. Thanks!

Great restaurant quality meals that you…

Great restaurant quality meals that you make yourself . Easy to follow recipes that take you out of your comfort zone and lots of healthy choices . Only let down is delivery service so your delivery might not get to you until late at night!

The issue was resolved but the solution…

The issue was in Gustos eyes 'resolved' but the solution was minimal compensation for ingredients when all meals within the box were affected. I certainly don't order Gusto boxes so that i can spend time cleaning up ingredients. They are supposed enhance our week and make it easier. Meals are good overall and customer service is adequate.

I followed up as suggested by the Gusto reply only to be asked for complete details again and photos. I already spent time uploading this when I reported it the day the box arrived. I am certainly not losing more of my time retelling the same information. I lost time cleaning up the mess. I lost money through the vinegar spoiled products and as stated the customer service is adequate or in fact less. I'm unsure how me spending more time relating all this improves their customer service. They should make more effort to get out right first time. Now moved from 3* to 2.

I ordered during a Facebook promotion

I ordered during a Facebook promotion, I will say the food was good, but there's was soooo much single use plastic, that I couldn't continue in good conscience, so I went onto the app & pressed cancel subscription, I then got an email, from Monica, confirming that my data would be removed from their records, I thought it was now cancelled, but today they took money from my account & refuse to refund because apparently I asked for a date wipe, which I did not do. I am not impressed at all. Sophia, I have tried to contact you via the link, but it keeps reverting to the Google page. Please check with Jaipal or Monica for my email address
